I don't believe you have NPD. I lived w/ someone with NPD for yrs.. first: You HAVE to make everyone LIKE you or the "fake" you. You would NEVER put a video on facebook claiming this (It would expose). Even a mild form of NPD. Also, the test was created by a USC educated doctor with decades of experience, I think he knows how to create a 40 question test. The test was "A B" for a reason. Scoring high on the narcissism inventory, or high on any of the component categories, doesn't mean you have a disorder, or that you're a good or bad person."

It can help you achieve goals and it can also ruin your life. And really for as beautiful and intelligent as you are, I would expect a bit of healthy narcissism.

You appear to be really down to earth for a person with characteristics (both physically and mentally) that could easily the basis for fully blown "shallow" narcissism. You should be into yourself and want to seek perfection in the things that you do as long as you don't let it get so out of hand that it actually is a detriment to what you are trying to achieve for yourself.
