  • but next year kubica win here ! Respect

  • Ratzenberger and Senna crashs looked less dangerous and yet both of them died.

    R.I.P

Kubica, come back to F1 !!

  • Wooo Poland is the best country in the world!!!!!

  • fernando alonso described kubica when he crash after his rallying just before the 2011 f1 season

"he is like superman so he will come back stronger"

  • dey should have red flagged the muffacker like they did this year

  • OH FUCKING CRASH!" THIS IS FUCKING AWFUL I WOULD FUCKING ABANDON THE RACE. THIS IS NO FUCKING FUN! FUCKING FUCKING NO FUN AT ALL I FUCKING ADMIRE THIS TRACK! BUT IN THIS FUCKING AWFUL CRASH LIKE THIS I WOULD FUCKING LET BERNIE EAT BRIATORE DICK! FUCKIG DWARF! BRIATORE = MAMAL

    BERNIE = DWARF.

    FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!

  • Testament to f1 safety nowadays that you can live through a crash like that

  • não sei se todo mundo lembra mais ele só torceu o tornozelo......

  • when we were wathcing this at home we were talking pretty hard but when this happends it was dead silince in the house. we al thought he was dead

  • Montreal's medics are the best

  • f1net.pl - wszystko o Formule 1! Typuj zwycięzców Grand Prix i wygrywaj nagrody!

  • Poland is love for God Thanks God !!!!!!!

  • an angel save Kubica's life

  • @nan0vapor

And the angel's name was Hans ;)

  • i remeber watching that.. i thort it was so scary because earlier on that day i said that somthing big is going to happen in that race O_O spooky

  • TRULLI??????

  • I can't believe he didn't die in this, it's unreal!

  • @mmmbilly yeah but thanks to modern technology

  • kubica is my hero

  • when this happend, i didnt see his head move, i was sure he was dead, he should be, sum 1 was on his shoulders that day...

  • I don't see how he could have long enough legs to have his feet poking out lol. Aren't the feet well inside the almost-indestructible safety cell?

  • you filmed the F107 review dvd i've got that lol

  • Kubica... one of the true heroes of F1

    he will win the title

  • He had only a sprankled ankle?

  • If that happened in about 1995 or so he was dead. Fullcredit to the incredible strengths of the monocock design.

  • LiamCatterson...Kubica had worse accident, but he had more luck than Fellipe. If Robert had banged his head on the ground, he would have been killed on the spot.

  • po pierwsze solówe nie soluwe , po drugie nikt nie mowi nic zlego o Kubicy , po trzecie jestes glupi huj i tyle. Pewnie teraz bedziesz sie chcial bic imbecylu:)))

  • when i saw that accident live i just slided from my sofa to my knees and couldn't believe what i saw. I just kept saying again and again: "not fatal, please not fatal, please!!"

  • @Mikeontube

    Anche io speravo non fatale.

  • @Mikeontube it was an insane accident, the worst F1 crash i've seen, amazing he was fine really. 5 years ago it would have been fatal.....

  • excellent work of the marshalls

  • Massas crash itself wasn't that bad. Kubica had bigger crash but was lucky. I mean, no one considers Senna's fatal crash as the worst of the 90's, but he had such a bad luck in that.

  • if he'd gone over that wall it would have been curtains

  • u gotta admit massa's crash waz worse. After all Kubica did not miss races weres massa did

  • Dude, no way. Massa's crash was just unfortunate. This kind of impact that kubica withstood was lethal only 10-15 years ago!

  • all im sayin massa had a worse crash than kubica. accidental or not

  • yeah in terms of health i would agree with you 100%. kubica only missed 1 race whereas massa out for the rest of the season. in terms of crashing this was a biggy and displays how safe this cars really are.

  • i no, thts wot i am tryin 2 say, i no kubicas luked terrible but lyk i sed the end of the day massa will always top tht pile of the worse effected crash, so u's lot betta be reading this, unless ur nt as proper F1 Fan lyk me

  • "us" lot are reading this, but failing to understand what your trying to say seen as your unable to spell: like, better, looked, thats, what, i'm, know, said and not.

  • but im sayin this, hw many races did robert miss, just 1, massa missed half the season, so therefore massa's wz worse. otherwise kubica cud of been out the rest of the season. yes, kubica's crash wz a heavy impact and possible the worst hit, but at the end of the day assa's will beat him on the count of damage done to him

  • That's because Massa's accident caused damage to his head, while Kubica's one caused damage to his leg. Anyway Kubica had much luck!

  • and thats what im trying to say, that massa's was more worse. Does anyone get the picture now. Massa was out for nearly half the season while kubica missed one race. or two. anyway my point is massa had a worse accident than robo's since Felipe's crash could of cost him his f1 career

  • Liuzzi nearly collected the right rear wheel of Kubica's Battered BMW Sauber.

  • @18PacWest ...

  • @LiamCatterson he only missed one, the us grand prix, amazing how this guy could come back from it that quickly... i am an indycar guy and i remember kenny brack's crash, so i think robert is very lucky that this was on a road course with no catch fences right next to him!

  • well you cant compare these 2 accidents ;) both accidents were totally different. btw that wasnt crash, Massa just get hit by something i dont remember what was it...

  • but it waz coz massa crashed in the barrier but the incident of massa was more serious

  • what are you talking about? Massa's wreck is nothing compared to kubicas. They are two different accidents and the serious thing was obviously massa getting hit by the spring. Kubica had this near head on collision with a concrete wall without scrubbing any speed off. The energy the car sustained was off the charts and way beyond massas hit with the tire barrier. what does it matter actually? massa and kubica aren't dead.

  • poor quality. 1*

  • The cars are designed to disintegrate like that so it disperses the massive force and energy derived from hitting walls etc.. Still though, bloody scary to look at.

  • ups ive spelt his name its roland ratzenberger ^^ sorry people

  • これって死んだ?

  • the ferrari mechanics look at that, not knowing that massa will be involved in a serious crash 2 years later (btw massa is fine ,no brain damage)

  • masa's crash was crazy. i have never seen a driver basically passed out at the wheel. poor masa

  • massa will be fine soon like kubica in this video

  • Thats pure logic.

No wait... i mean the opposite.

    Religion!

No wait... c´mon, you know what I mean.

  • when youre airborn theres nothing u can do.....

  • Scary moments when i saw this live. I said: "He is dead. I m sure no one cant survive that." But then i saw how he moved i said: "He is alive thank god!"

  • i was thinking the same thing that time. either he's dead or critically injured.. it was like the senna accident happening again..

but thank god everything is fine..

  • sorry..i didnt see his leg..did u see?

  • @peeses6 Thank the marvel of modern technology, not an invisible Jew.

  • @peeses6 i know its one year later, but if you thank god for him being alive, you should also blame him for bringing kubica so much pain...

  • @peeses6

    Same I..

I saw this and I remember I told my father "omg he killed him self."

  • @peeses6 question?/?///

  • if we were at the time of Senna, Kubica would be dead now...

  • senna's crash was nowhere near this big and yet it killed him....the cars are SO much safer now....if that crash had happened around the time senna was racing the car would have probably disintegrated completely.

  • no discussion cars are 10 times safer then eraly 90's but senna crash was a very 'unlucky' there was so hard crash around that time (Barrichello 94 Imola, Wendlinger 94 Monaco, Hakkinen 95 Australia) but all survied

  • Yes, cars today are much safer, but you can still get killed! Don't forget Senna was killed by a flying bolt! Freak accidents like that can still occur. Glad Kubicca is alright! =)

  • Actually i think it was part of the front axle that broke off from the right front of his car and then broke through his shield.

  • true, senna's accident was no where near as violent but that killed him

  • yeah, it was the parts of the car that flew into Senna that killed him. R.I.P Senna

  • This could so easily have been curtains for Kubica, career ending if not fatal. Really lucky

  • One year later he won the same Grand Prix.

  • this was the worst crash ive seen without injuries, kubica was very lucky, nice to see someone else has the 2007 rview DVD:) good job man thanks for the upload

  • yeah i think he broke a leg, but that was it. he was very lucky

  • Actually, he barely sprained his ankle.

  • don't forget he won in montreal a year after the crash

  • I was there :)

  • HANS could protect his neck from breaking, but he would have died from inner bleedings and organ ruptures. He slowed down from 250 kph to near 0 in a few centimetres, which means a deceleration of far over 200 g. U cant survive this.

  • holy shit o_O he even does a barrel roll in the middle of the track :O

  • I just cant believe he survived this without major injuries... reminds me a bit of the Ratzenberger Crash in 1994.

  • ratzenberger wouldve survived without injuries if he had HANS device

  • also Senna

  • kubica the best salto bolidem F1

  • f1 cars are amazing, 5 years ago, that would've killed him...

  • Even with today's technology, its still a miracle.

  • just think sennas crash didnt look as bad as this which shows what a great job is done of designing them now

  • Yeah. If it had happened 10 years ago, Kubica would be dead.

  • I don't think so, at least, not due to the car. In this kind of accident, I think HANS had the big part on the good condition of the driver. The angle of the impact was not so high and you can see the nose flipping away virtually undestroyed, so it didn't dissipate any energy. The major improvements have been made in that area. head movement had been controlled by HANS and side protection, but the chassis hit the wall in a way that (I think) it would be safe in late '90 as well.

  • The impact is not what killed Senna. He was poked through the visor by a piece of the suspension. That's what killed him, but your point is well taken. We take how much safety has improved for granted.

  • Ayrton had bad luck. The impact of the crash was not big as the impact of Rolands crash (or Roberts/Rubens crash) but he was indeed killed bij a piece of suspension.

    HANS is really helpful.

  • and just notice how violently his head is being thrown to every direction as the car is coming to hit the other wall on the opposite of where it started, and to think some drivers didn't like that new protection they wear for their neck and cervical column. now you wonder what would have happened had he not been using that, probably fracture his neck.

  • you can watch old hakkinen crash from australia to see how violent head movement was during heacy crashes in pre-hans device day.

    /watch?v=F1gqpQBkDuU

btw, i was sure kubica has his legs shattered when i noticed his feet sticking out of the car in one of the replays. he was incredibly lucky.

  • When i saw this i was 80%sure that he was dead. Glad he didn't die!

  • what a violent crash! That is how tecnology can save lives, really well build car. If it was 10 years ago, I don't know if it would be same result. Go Kubica! Glad he didn't die. =)

  • Zawsze z Robertem!

  • this is so funny, in 2007 he nearly died, but in 2008 at the same place he won that time.

  • He's lucky that he is still alive!

  • if this had happened 15 years ago this guy would be dead nw

  • man i thought he would have lost his legs for sure the way he hit that wall and i thought that could have been the least of his propblems

  • he hit the wall at about 170+ mph.......wow its amazing that he got off with only a concusion and a sprained ancle

  • hes a good driver, the next year he comes out and wins the same grand prix, was it a driver fault or was it a problem with the car?

  • I think another car cliped him because of that he went in the air and when in air he had no control

  • I remember watching the race a little over a year ago and actually fearing for his life, I mean just thinking about the forces invovled in the crash it amazing he survived.. the designers of modern f1 cars are truly great men. I thought he had broken his neck, i mean the way it just bops inside the cockpit, it doesn´t look good

  • hey if im rite...u got that clip from the DVD "F1 Review 2007"...

i got that dvd...lol (i was watching it earlier)

  • yh its right gd that dvd wish they made each segment longer though

  • these videos should only be tolerated if the driver survives.

    i'm happy that he survived.

10 years before that propably...., well...

  • OUCH

  • did anyone else hear the impact at 00:04? Nasty.

  • I'm sure Jim Clark heard the same thing. He's a lucky man indeed.
