The grit and tone in andreas voice adds to the live feel, they sound like a band that tours fucking hard playing gigs even if they're not at their absolute best, and that takes balls mother fuckers

@aksteb412011 she does sound good, but she also has "some shit going on for her" (nice way to put it, btw). it's a backing track of studio recorded vocals that plays together (or, in fact, on top of) her live voice during the choruses. the studio version of this song has a peculiar effect applied to her voice and apparently the band or whoever felt that without it the chorus would sound poor. i'm not sure about it, but i do think this way it sounds fake, and noticeably so...

I like Cristina's voice and she normally sounds much better live. It wasn't terrible but it did feel strained much of the time, especially near the end. Andrea sounds terrible, but I've never really liked his vocals. I still love Lacuna Coil overall though.

I would just have to say that this really disappointed me. Not just this performance but their entire live history all together just isn't all that impressive. Yes Cristina has good singing abilty control wise but from what I've heard like this and in their records... she doesn't have to much range which really is dissapointing.

In defense of Andrea, he has been playing this gig since 94! And if you listen to his earlier work and even his acoustic stuff, his voice is much more stronger. Singing with a scream/raspy tone will take it's toll on your cords! Cristina has maintained strong vocals, mainly because she sings the same stuff-Yes I know she sings Contralto, but she isn't breaching her vocal capabilities/restrictions. Andrea on the other hand may be screaming, then whispering, then pushing out his raspy vocals.
