I was there in 1984-5 2nd M.I. yep love the ParkBrau beer, great tour and got to visit lots of places. Still have my Walther P-5 pistol I bought at the rod and gun club.
59th Ordnance Group , Administration, 1973-1976. What a great tour!! I was the bass player in a band called the Country Gentlemen. Tom Sexton, Jerry Davis, Bob Keller, John Beverlin. Great country band who played almost every NCO and Rod & Gun Club in the area at that time. Had tooooo much fun!!!!!
I was in the 546th Maint Co from 1986 -1989 and yes I was in the Round Up.. I knew ROSCO too,, BUT the way I remember 546th was probably one of if not biggest units on grounds.... LOL.. There was another club dwntwn Pirm cant remember it --- But those were some good days....
i was station their from87-90 everyone knew 76trans ran the kaserne, remember the club called the round up ,we had all the womens, spider was in 546 maintance co , rosco was puertco rican ithink he was from new york , if we r talking about the same person, we use to beat up the guys from the 59th mp company every weekend, later sgt daniels 76trans- i had the black SAAB
Did you know John Dengler from 546, or at Mexcian Guy name Rosco? I can't think of Rosco last name. There was also a guy every called spider. I don't know his real name. He was a good flag football player. I was stationed at 270th Signal. i remember the banana building.

I was an MP assigned to 270th Signal from Jan 87 to Sept 89. Fond memories. I loved to have a eat a good currywurst or schnitze. LOL.

I was stationed at Husterhoe in 1993 in the US Army. It looks like not much has changed other than than the US gave it back to the German Government.
