  • Man we dont have musicals like this no more.. We need to bring them back..

  • @4lyfejj: Amen!! I would definitely love to attend something like this!

  • WHY DOES A QUARTET HAVE MORE THAN FOUR PEOPLE????? (LOL!!!!!)

  • yes yes yes yes yes!!!! i remember this video.... This is what i call quartet at it's best!

  • Is Bishop G.E. Patterson related to them?

  • Nashville? The Pattersonaires are from Memphis. My grandparents went to New Salem, and I used to love it when they would perform. Wish "The Book of the Seven Seals" was on here.

  • @tncutiepie83: My apologies. Thanks for the correction. In a book that I have, it was listed that the Pattersonaires was from "Nashville." I'll make the change. Thanks again.

  • The Pattersonaires a group of Memphis-based gospel singers. I know because my father Ernest Donelson is one of the original members. This video features lead singer Willie Neal, formerly of the Dixie Hummingbirds, along with the late Willie Gordon on piano, the late Jimmy Mountain and James Shelton, my father and Alphonzo Davis and Roy Neal, brother of Willie. Neal. All members of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, pastored by Rev. Charles Patterson whose name inspired the group's name.

  • Alright now!!! Took me back to church!!!

  • Boy I enjoyed that old piece!

  • Those Boys can Sho' Sing!!!!!

  • Yes Sir! That's how we used to do it.
