  • We know it all only after we die.

  • So were the laws of the Universe always existent?

  • @moqutpar no

  • @novergetenhea so where did they come from what caused them?

  • hawkings may or may not be right in this show but i believe he is on to something interesting that may, in the future, lead us to understanding the creation of universe whitout the need of a god.

but what is important to understand is that god exist. though only as a state of mind, living in our minds until it gets replaced by information, kind of like how children have imaginary friends until they get replaced.

  • god only exist as long as doubt exist. we have always explained thing we cannot understand as supernatural, the creation of the universe being no different. simply cuz a supernatural explanation is not bound by any laws, so all possible explenations is therefore correct, because of this it is therefore also impossible to argue against a god until the time we have found the absolute truth.

ppl are scared of the unknown and god removes all unknown until we find the truth.

  • You're missing one thing: God isn't limited by time, he created it.

If a game programmer makes a game, the programmer created time for the game which is separate from our time. The programmer is not limited by time - he created it. He existed before it, and he will exist after it (assuming the programmer has complete control over the time). But with respect to the actual game, it "started" at a specific point in time, and that is the only time measurable from the perspective of the game itself.

  • If there was no time for God to exist and nothing had motion, then how did the big bang ocher?

  • let me ask one thing, how people prove our existance humans animals insects the whole nature, from flowers to threes...it couldn't be made by itself. there is something but we dont know what it is yet and i doubt we will ever know :(

  • Im confused now....lol

  • @lmpulseKillz how biased can you be? i mean when dealing with religion, your either on one side or the other, i really can't think of another way, its either you believe in God or you don't. Personally, though in your case i may be biased cause I don't believe in them, especially when i look at all the other religion and it was used just to explain why is it, in this word, i mean why is a A pronounce a A, its really cause it just is.

  • why are there Mortal kombat Fatality videos on a right side as suggested O_O

  • WHAT? xD Rubish O_O

  • I'm sure that at the sub atomic level things dont just appear out of no where, I think you can go even smaller, we just cant see that far.

  • MATTER is the only thing we can act ON in the universe. As MATTER we then can use MATTER to measure SPACE and TIME. We use our intelligence, limited as it is in this stage of our development, to make these observations. When we acknowledge these truths by science with observation, experimentation and put ourselves in harmony with laws of the universe as they are. We might be able to come to a greater understanding of ourselves, the universe, and if there is a purpose to existance.

  • So to make sure TIME and SPACE are easy to understand. We are IN space not ON space. We are IN time just like we are not ON space. Space-Time is not a string or wire we are walking. They have no substance and they are two seperate observable aspects of the universe. Not properties, but parts of the whole of the Universe. Matter can be acted ON ONLY. While SPACE is observable by measurement just like time no matter how much you want to manipulate it.

  • There is a reason that every time we view the universe in this presentation the camera focuses on Hawking’s eye and we go inside. Because it is all in his mind! None of his theories, proofs, or mathematics can be demonstrated in anyway in the real universe.

A brilliant mind that only comprehends a universe of his own invention under gravity alone. Electricity and Plasma are forces that make Hawking correct in only one thing. Gravity equals Zero. You can’t divide by Zero except in your mind.

  • a great program, the idea that says that a god, Yahweh, Zeus, Jupiter, or Odin, making the entire universe in some realm outside of time and making the whole of the universe, which contains hundreds of billions galaxies, each galaxy contains a hundred or more billion stars, which could mean millions of worlds like ours with life forms on them, and to say that it was all made for one species on this one planet doesn't make sense, and it extremely improbable and unlikely.

  • There is no such thing as God need a beginning. God is the beginning and the end. God is not attached to time like us humans, He is out side the time frame that use human cant do anything about it. We cant compare God to use cuz God is eternal meaning that for God their is no time. the big bang did not start time, God did for us humans.

  • @papotillo1 fucking thank you, I am so sick of hearing this shit that the all of this energy was just there to begin with, no it wasn't just there, and anyways god may be the essence of life itself but this program really just pissed me off at the end, their answer didn't solve anything it just put god on at physic's level, and i am not christian but this was very biased show to say the least

  • @papotillo1 You have to be kidding me. Smh...

In a thousand years or so people will look back and see how ignorant people as yourself were.

  • So, if infinite gravity (black hole) = time stops and -

the big bang = the mother of all black holes, again, time stops, and

also there is no 'before', and-

that means there can be no God, cuz God needs a 'beginning' to

start/make something? Really? Is that what the man sed?

    Anyone?

And how would this then pan out in a multiple universe scenario; time

may not have started in our annoying universe, but it could be off and

running in other far more pleasant ones, yes? Again anyone, Mr Hawking?

  • thanks for this video.!(:
