This is obviously a blue screen effect. If you look closely at the outlines of his body and what he appears to be holding, You can see what I mean. Also the fact that there is no reflection off of the sunglasses when he looks at the light as seen in the top left corner, also proves my theory. Also if you look at 00:07:00, and freeze it.
