The girl who freezes people is Tracy, one of three super-powered triplets: Niki (now deceased, who had an alter named after her dead twin sister), Barbara and Tracy. It's unclear if "Jessica" actually existed and was perhaps one of the triplets, or if she was not actually related to Niki.

little correction: jessica isn't a name of any twin sis of niki...jess was just a normal sister of the triplets niki,tracy and babara who's dead now ^_^

um i think jessica did exist, there was one episode where their dad came and jessica came out n like beat him up because of what he did to her. at least i think so lol im not sure

She has Dissociative Identity Disorder (Multiple Personalities). The show was never clear, however, whether "Jessica" was her actual twin somehow, or if she took on Jessica's personality and accessed her superpower from that "alter".

no stupid!!! her power was enhanced strength, with that came a multiple personality that came out only when she needed her, that is why she doesn't remember her dad beating her, jessica took over during that time. During the 1st season she was going through alot and jessica came out when her dad showed up again.

Niki/Jessica and Evanescene. Perfect mix. I think the vocalist strong voice goes perfect Niki internal struggle and with Jessica's homicidal ruthlessness.
