But if you do the perry attack attack instead of the shield when fighting Orca, the parry attack counts as two points but the shield just blocks the attack. With the parry attack you leave yourself at risk but you avoid his attack and get two points which in my opinion is better...

You can only do the pig thing at the very beginning of the game :( Oh and time dosn't change when you are on the following islands: Outset, Windfall, Dragon Roost, Forest Haven. You have to have the song of passing which you get from the guy dancing next to that tombstone in windfall. First you have to talk to him then take out your wind waker in front of him. Then he will give it to you and you can change the time whenever you want. :)
