How they "control" kids is the insurance rate and certain amounts of offenses will revoke their license. Or suspended for how long and the parents have to pay for some amount I forgot how it goes. the story lines abit messed and the thing that burns me the most the z isnt even turbo wheres the big old dirty front mount behind the grill like in the animie and the throttle bodies were atmospheric not enclosed with intercooler pipes running to them, none the less it still sounds hot but i really wish it was turbo lol

@imbeamin it is turbo, dude. Didnt you watched the first part when he saw the car? the guy even said it had twin turbos. The engine in the car might not show it in the movie, but the plot of the story and the general idea is that it DOES have turbo.

WHAT!!! Only 180 km/h in R34 Skyline's speedometer? I'm sure that's not the real top speed of that skyline. The stock horsepower of R34 Skyline is 280 - 300hp so there's no way that the top speed of that skyline is only 180 km/h.
