  • This guy is a Grade A Class f*ck up. I would have sued him for everything he got. He was freakin jumping around like some kind of freak show/ I suffer from BiPolar and take Lithum for it too, Even if you are out of your meds the meds stay in your system. the genuis needs to think up of a better excuse.

  • Why would her dad be mad at HER? The DJ is the one who no-showed!

  • what a asshole dj damn lol

  • You give dj's a bad name. Me as a professional dj will never do that to anyone. Call Top Spin Productions...DJ Chino. This guy looked like he didn't care.

  • I think they are being very dramatic in this case, I don't believe they just sat their in silence for hours and no one thought to go get a CD player at home or something, although, it's awful the DJ didn't show up. Like her father couldn't of gotten up and dance with her without music? BS..Dramatic biatch

  • Professional DJ's have contingency plans. They don't hope for the best possible outcome when something less is highly likely. They don't speak flippantly (I've got your farewell dance) after being a no show and not refunding a deposit. Pain and suffering has no place in small claims (at least in Calif.), but all actual damages are legit. If I were the groom, I would've sued in superior court and not on TV.

  • @joefunsmith Damn right. My truck broke down on the way to a gig one day. I had the truck full of equipment towed to the gig so I could do the perty for my client. I was stressed as hell but my client never knew.

  • This show makes me cringe.

  • If she lets this ruin her 'day' and her relationship with her father ... I bet she is not with that man anymore .. he is also better off without this drama queen. When and if I ever get married ... it will be because I love the woman and nothing will hurt that. Our lives together will NOT be ruined because .... the DJ didn't show up. What a shallow piece of work she is.

  • how retarded, just dont use music and stop being a little shit.

  • 'every night i sleep, i cry' lol.

  • I only buy the notion that she was THAT upset, on the basis that she clearly must have eaten the whole wedding cake, and the baker who made it, as comfort food. Otherwise, I think she's acting up to make sure she gets the whole $3000, plus the fact that it's reality tv. And she needn't dramatize; the guy had no case and she knew it beforehand.

  • if you put a CD of justin bieber the same thing would happen stop crying

  • I feel for this woman, but try to find some good on your wedding day. Crying and carrying on over your own woes all the time (even on her sisters wedding not to mention every night), come on. Yeah, the guys a prick, but don't let it get you that down IMO, especially on a happy day like that.

  • imagine this case on Judge Judi .:)

  • Yeah, it may be just a party, but it's a very big party that she spent a lot of money on. So I get why she's upset. But! Why did no one have the presence of mind to run to WalMart or Target and get a small stereo for 40 bucks? It may not be the best quality sound, but at least it's something. It would have at least given her music to walk down the aisle and to dance with her dad to, since those seem to be her major gripes about this whole situation.

  • dj suck that was really bad but i think also the fat chick is a drama queen.

  • the guy didn't pay, the show did. This isn't a judge at all.

  • I've got your farewell dance? OMG

  • one word ...DRAMA!

  • and the academy award goes to......

  • I watch these court shows to see the 'bad guy' get humiliated on national television, not watch the victim whine and cry.

Judge Cristina is definitely not Judge Judy or Judge Milian. Unfortunately, she's too nice.

  • I would've sworn she said, "hard sweat and tears."

  • At the end of the day, it's just a PARTY! Not their life, she should be happy to be marrying the man of her drams, not focusing on the DJ, not showing up!

Don't get me wrong, he's a low life and he needs to pay her all the money and little bit more. But lets not focus and only remember on not having music.

  • Keep in mind it is usually the DJ's job to "run" the reception. It is WAY MORE than just hitting play on a CD player. Technically he would be liable for just the fee he was paid, but since he acted like a total ass, he got hit with emotional damages as well.

As a professional entertainer, there is NO REASON to EVER stand up a client. I played a gig 2 days after my business partner died.... I was contracted to play, and I did. Only reason for a cancel is DEATH OF THE DJ

  • DJ FROM HELL... THAT A COOL NAME..

  • These things are fragile. This is "supposed" to be the most important day of someones life and this guy ruined it. First off, as a REAL professional DJ, please hire someone that takes care of their hygiene. No offense to those who don't, but one who looks like that obviously is only in it for the money. Secondly, get references and/or a website with "proper" information. Dj's are EXTREMELY important to a wedding and YES, music makes everything at these events. I truly feel sorry for these couple

  • Also, most "professional" DJ's will NEVER ask for the amount in full months before an event. As my services go, we only ask for 10% up front to hold the date and ask that the remaining balance be paid off the DAY OF the event.

  • @JustinMic81 Months in advance - no. But I would warn against waiting till the day of to get paid. What happens when they forget the checkbook, or the check bounces. You cannot take the music back once you play it. I require balance in full 14 days prior for most clients

  • I agree that the DJ was an ass, but I think the woman was a bit over the top. It was sad that she didn't get to dance with her father at her wedding, but she could have gone home, put on a CD and dance in the living room with her family and friends. It's all about attitude. She didn't have to let that idiot ruin her day.

  • A lesson to be learned here is when you are seeking a PROFESSIONAL DJ SERVICE, consider the price. If you're getting $400-$500 quotes, you are taking a very serious risk of being in this exact same situation.

A true professional DJ company would have insurance and back up DJs to counter problems both personal, mechanical, technical or "act of God". In the end, the moral of this story. You pay for what you get. Very unfortunate :-(

  • she is such a damn cry baby u married the man get over it

  • What I would remember from such a wedding is that the bride is a nut case. It could have been an event to remember for the fun of the people clapping out the rythym of the wedding dances, perhaps someone singing (badly and out of tune), and the courage of the bride and groom. Instead, there's a drama queen whimpering for the rest of her life about her ruined wedding.

  • @absue obviously you are a guy (I am too, but I know the mindset). Every little girl dreams of their weding day; they plan it forever. To have her day ruined is horrible. Imagine buying superbown tickets, getting there, and being told that neither team showed up, and a refund or raincheck is not going to be offered = tough crap to you. That is what is happening to the bride. This scum of the earth should have found a replacement, but his reputation preceeds him.

  • @bellefontainedj Yes, he should have had some arrangement with another DJ to act as a substitute, since he has a fragile home situation that could blow up in his face anytime (actually, he should have a different kind of job where no one day will be critical).

Sure, she was disappointed and has every right to be angry and to sue, but to allow this disappointment to rule her life for so long is crazy. There will be other occasions!

  • @absue You are very right at that. I can understand it made a major change to her wedding plan and it was not good. I will hope that should something like this happen to me on my special day ... we will all say a collective "oh crap" then look around the hall for any kind of radio or something. Then the happy feeling will kick in again and people will all enjoy each others company. If she is still this hurt and emotional about it you are right. She will have many many more occasions.

  • The problem wasn't paying the vendor in ful. The problem was that she was a price shopper when she was planning for her wedding. Many brides do it. I always suggest to people to be realistic with their budget and their priorities. Its cool having a $5000 venue and a $10,000 caterer, but then we top it off with a $500 photographer and a $600 DJ? In the end, she got what she paid for. This doesn't excuse the DJ and he deserved the ruling he got.

  • Oh no...(easily offended folks, look away, move on, you've been warned!) Why didn't Hambeast have daddy play some music with his cancer kazoo? Now that would've been much more entertaining than this whinging & over dramatic idiot, babbling on & on.

  • @kerry5101971 "hambeast"? eat shit you freak.

  • @Shanniquitie Wow, you didn't even have any misspellings in that reply. Bravo. Diet & exercise much?

  • Wa wa boo hoo. .Wa wa hoo wa.. "my day was ruiined, my life was ruined, I cry myself to sleep at night" Pleeeaase...... never heard such drama queen whinging in all my life.

  • ok so she should be paid back, and it is bad what happened, but she is too dramatic

  • the dj is to do the ceremony along with the planning as well as putting up the decorations!

    all for 660?!?!?!

    unheard of!

    this is a disaster

  • the dj is also putting up the decorations!

    unheard of!

    all for 660

  • The DJ is the love child of Howard Wallowicz and Phil Spector!

The DJ took the money and ran for my sisters wedding too - this was before the era of digital music files.

How must her HUSBAND and FATHER feel when she is writing off their love and support for the fact that there was no music? PRIORITIES, Dear!

  • oh fuck off last 50 dollars i had...

  • even if my wife was bi-polar thats no excuse! I would have left and set the room up myself, just to make my client happy, then I would have refunded them in full and djed it! brides please hire professionals not fly by nite companies

  • @neonnightsdj thank you for that reply. did they check his references? this is an asinine excuse

  • DAMNNN her sercurity man is sooo hott!!!

  • Cristina is a babe.

  • WOW! I am a professional DJ. DJ's fault. YOU NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER THAT WAY. SO WHAT IF SHE IS A BRIDEZILLA. I have had many that I wanted to strangle, but still treated them with the utmost respect! THIS IS SOMEONE'S SPECIAL DAY. If you got paid, you have to show, or send a suitable replacement. WOW! F'n loser!!! I got your farewell song? They got your judgement song. b**ch better have my money!!!

  • 3:21 i dont f*&%ing care lol

  • Man if I lived near this couple I would DJ their wedding for free!!!! This guy is a tool!!!

  • This stupid broad is so full of herself and so self centered she actually thinks her BS drama is interesting to everyone when in point of fact, everyone thinks she is a big fat zero. Who CARES???? She should get down on her knees she got someone to even marry her ugly ass. Sickening display.

  • this is not court

  • WOW I waited 14 min for the DJ to say he didnt make it because he is 200 pound *Bipolar* wife went Manic? How has this guy been in business for 21 years!

  • how in the world did a DJ not showing up to her wedding "ruin" her relationship with her father?

  • @Joshya because essentially based on the story, she lost trust with her dad based on her decision on the DJ. did it shatter it, probably not, but it does ruin it a little bit. it was an element of the wedding that she planned poorly and lack of money management, and it can show that she didn't truly 100% care in his eyes. she could've hired someone reputable and met him in person before paying him, but she neglected to do that, and therefore could ruin the relationship. at least thats how i feel

  • @Joshya Probably stress and the money he spent.

  • @Joshya I completely agree, he was a dick, but if she thinks that no music ruined her day? Grow the puck up.

  • @Joshya Like I said on the previous video, seems to me like she has other issues starting with her WEIGHT. How does anyone get that big?

  • @zapkvr I am a small person but I have a family member who is big and what size the bride is, or anybody is, has nothing to do with it. They are just as important as me and you.

  • @horseangels I never said they weren't important as people so let's not go verballing me. I simply asked how does one get that big? Like I said, I really don't even think its about the wedding as important as a day as it is in the life of a girl. I just think it is really about something else. The wedding is just an "excuse" to get upset.

  • @zapkvr You didn't have to say the words and not saying you meant it, but the inference was there, loud and clear - ". . .other issues starting with her weight." For her complaint it doens't matter how big she, how she got that big, whythat big, will she ever get smaller, etc. They had no music for their wedding and though I would be upset, I wouldn't have a bird over it, either, little things do mean more to some than others. Nice talking to you.

  • @horseangels You may have inferred it but I most certainly was NOT implying it. My curioisty about her size is indeed genuine. I just don't know how someone could get that fat. I know I couldn't. I was at a wedding many years ago, the organist never showed up. I think my friend was upset for about two minutes then she just got on with it. Oh and she wasn't fat either. In fact I think she might have done a bit of purging prior to the wedding not that I would ever recommend that.

  • @zapkvr The "inferring" is done by the one who is speaking/writing, not the one who is listening/reading. That's nice that your friend handled that mishap so well - personally i would've done the same - but not everyone does. It meant a little more to this girl. It doesn't make any one of us better/worse than the rest, we all just have different things that matter. Nice talking to you.

  • @horseangels Better check your dictionary buddy. The listener (reader) infers. The writer (or talker) implies. I don't blame you. I blame the f*cked US education system:)

  • I cry every night, your honour - Jesus Christ, plaintiff - get over it already and grow up - what a stinking baby! All she's doing is playing for the camera...melodramatic whiner. And that dj is one big fricking loser! - how the hell does that a-hole get any work?

  • I cry every night, your honour - Jesus Christ, plaintiff - get over it already and grow up - what a stinking baby! And that dj is one big fricking loser! - how the hell does that a-hole get any work?

  • Your wedding was ruined because you didn't lose that extra 200 pounds before your wedding day. Don't lie. Whine, whine, whine.

  • that bitch in the pink shirt nods her head to everything.

  • Just HUM or something, and dance with your dad. Better than crying and pouting.

  • Maybe I'm crazy, but it takes twenty minutes to drive to a best buy, pick up a couple of CDs, pick up some speakers and a CD player. I mean, sheesh, no offense, but instead of griping about it being silence for hours, why didn't SOMEONE in the entire wedding party think to ask someone to go to WalMart or something!

  • I'm still drying my eyes. Holy shit, woman. How are you going to handle a real crisis? I understand her anger and initial tears. She desires her money back and punitive damages because he just left her high and dry and no communications. But to go to bed crying every night and it's ruined her relationship with her father is going too far. I knew she won before the case even began - the judge was sympathetic from the start. Give me Judge Judy any day. She would have told her to get over it!

  • not every dj could do a wedding, wedding dj's go for over $1000 or better for 4 hours.

and have the equipment and the experience. this guy had nothing , maybe a home stereo, for 600 bucks ill just show up and play what ever the bride wanted but i would not plan it or run it and let the bride know this. so sad that ther is lots of con artist out here, if is too cheap to be true then it is.

  • oh my, that was some dramatic stuff! Whew! lol

  • Understandable she's upset but jeez talk about over-dramatic hahaha

  • wow over dramatic holy shit

  • "this has completely ruined my relationship with my father"

sounds like she didn't have a good relationship already if he is mad at her for being stood up by a dj

    dumb

dj sucks but it's still dumb

  • Boo freakin' hoo already! Why'd she let her ramble on like that?

  • look at his teeth--he's a meth addict

  • People, especially women, get to worked up about weddings. I don't understand why they are made into such a big deal. Weddings are be a celebration of love. It shouldn't matter where you get married or what the wedding is like, so long as the message remains true. Everything else is just superficial.

  • Ive never liked Christina's court..Like Judge alex the cases go on waaaay toooo looonnnnggg. shut them up Like Judy and get on with it.

  • I doubt this bitch jumped anything!

  • @DAKMAIN lol

  • The plaintiff is such a kind, lovely woman. I know she will have a great life with her man. Her wedding day was such a mess she is owed some great luck.

Good luck to the two of you.

  • oh my god stupid woman you are in court not on dr phill. Bad job of the judge for asking how she felt 0:19 feelings are irrelevant.

the man is not cruel he made a mistake he even said he was sorry.

  • For 50 bucks you can buy a cd player and a cd...or you can use one of these magical things called a "phone" and call a friend to bring a cd player and some music

  • she does not need any wedding cake!

  • also, the plaintiff needs to shut the fuck up.

  • THAT'S a judge? what the fuck kinda law school did she go to..?

  • HE IS NOT A DJ?

  • wtf is this, this is all fake, this judge sucks shes just a actress

  • Her priority should of been the Dj not the food.

  • well.... shes no judge judy

  • "My life changed after that." This woman's wedding is more important to her than anything in her life including her husband.

  • this remind me of telenovelas from telemundo

  • If it was so damn important to her, she should have spent the money on a better quality DJ. I bet she spent a shitload of cash on the food....

  • This is a very good example of a bottom feeding, discount DJ. A professional Full Time entertainer would be two to three times what she paid. Never hire a DJ without meeting with him and talking to his references. Always hire a DJ that is a member of the ADJA or NAME and has a code of ethics, a back up plan, back up equipment and a back up DJ. The ADJA has an emergency number to call and find a replacement right away. My contract has a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee.

  • @DJAlanDodson First off, just because a DJ is expensive, doesn't mean they are any good. Period. Price doesn't determine quality.

Second, any idiot can become a member of ADJA and NAME, or any other lame group. There is no requirements, no testing, no quality control... Nothing like that. Just because you're part of some lame group, doesn't mean you're a good DJ.

    Understand?

  • Haha

  • I thought he said "I got her a sandwich" lol

  • Haven't heard the verdict but sounds like the dj is screwed. Wrong occasion to pull a no-show.

  • if they would have called me i would have played it for free

  • Jumped the broom? Her relationship was ruined with her father because the DJ didn't show up? She can't be serious?

  • hey i feel bad for her and respect her believe me i feel sorry for her i have been married i know about things going wrong

  • I thought this was rather excellent. Despite the fact that her emotions are beside the case, the fact is the DJ was a total asshole. He made jokes, laughed at them and told them off IN THE FUCKING COURT! This case was one sided and he had a shit defence.

  • OMG poor girl her life was ruined

  • The DJ is Total Loser, How he lasted 20 years is a miracle!

  • "Did you suffer agony? Yes. For the rest of your life..."

    Whoah, Nelly! Talk about exaggeration!

  • Eightyrough or whatever judge Manuel Franco is even more badass he tell ppl off like crazy

  • This lady deserved her money back, but I would really question how much should be due to emotional damages. She seemed to really be playing the sob story well. That guy was a total creep/thief/liar though for sure. I would have liked to have seen this on Judge Judy though. She's way more badass than this lady.

  • @eightyrogue

    completly agree with you

  • "I'll give you a farewell dance! " lol

This would have been no longer than 1 minute on Judge Judy, who would of make the fatass stop whining.

  • What a whiny crybaby this woman is. The DJ is a weird, lying, obnoxious creep and there's no doubt she should be compensated to some extent but she really needs to get a life and stop whining so much. As others have said, there are people in the world who have it a lot worse than she does. And Cristina's comments at the end do not reflect well on her or her judgment of character. She failed to see this lady for what she was -a spoilt brat who thinks she is the center of the universe

  • Comment removed

  • pms court

  • black guys do like fat girls.

  • @76special lol....

  • what was the dj's name?

  • She will never be a lawyer, because she is going to spend/waste her life worrying about all the things that went wrong with the wedding. she deserved the judgement 100%. but now put a period and move on.

  • Ruin her relationship with her father?

Frankly, I'd rather watch Judge Judy

  • This woman is completely in the right. She hired this guy to do a job, he was paid and he didn't fulfill the contract. Maybe she's a little over the top, the most important thing about a wedding is the person you marry everything else is just window dressing. This defendant is a douche and the judge made the right decision. Case closed.

  • Totally agree with this poor lady, you know she used to be 115 lbs on the Wedding Day. Its so much stress, crying everyday, then theres the food. Eating Mcdonalds, Burger King, Jack In The Box. Ice Creams, Chips. Monster Drinks. Coffee, ect. Now she weighs 900 lbs over this PRO DJ.

  • Wow, her father sounds like a fucking cunt if he's angry at HER.

  • The guy "is not" a Pro DJ but instead a con artist. I never ask for full payment but will take a very small down payment and receive the rest after the job is done which is what most Pro DJ's do.... Plus I belong to a Pro DJ Association which if any problems arise,,,there is a fill in to take over..This guy claims he has 21 years experience and couldn't find a fill in DJ?? He's an arrogant con artist

  • this lady is NOT over the top, all u people talk shit, but if that happened to u , u would ALLLLL act the same, u only have ur 1st weding once, its not the same wen uve done it already.

  • Comment removed

  • The man? Wrong. Horrible man. I disagree with everything he did. He ruined her wedding.

But c'mon? That woman pisses me off. "OMG I CRY EVERYNIGHT!!!" No you don't. And if you do, shut up and grow up.

  • Yeah, she needs to get the fuck over it. If something went wrong on my wedding day I wouldn't let it ruin my life. She enjoys being a victim.

  • ok yeah this was a perfectly reasonable judgement.

but does anyone reckon that this judge never provides a legal basis for her decisions? she makes it sound like it's based on pure logic and emotion rather than on legalities.

it's a bit annoying, to be frank.

  • This is why I don't watch this judge. I accidently got on this case. This judge listens to this nonsence. Anyone that cries gets a possitive judgement. This girl makes such a life changing decision. Like the rest of her life is destroyed over music. I have breast cancer. I've realized that some situations are so not important and some really are tradegies. This is not a tragedy. This girl says every night she cries because she didn't have music? Oh come on. P, you are a diva. Pathetic.

  • I think that I just fell in love with you because of this comment, Songsmirth.

Well said. There are little kids in the world without clean water.

This little girl needs to get over herself.

  • Oh yeah. I bet if you paid hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for something and then a VERY special day was ruined for you, you'd be fine and dandy because you'd be remembering there are little kids in the world without water. Please. You'd be livid. Anyone would.

  • Goddamn that dude is one of the biggest scumbags I have ever seen...I personally think weddings are a joke but women take that shit mad seriously...to randomly fuck over a wedding and rob the bride and groom is just beyond sickening.

  • yah man that guy does not look like a real dj. wedding djs are stupid

  • Omg, was all that drama necessary?

Women these days, too worried about presentations. The DJ not showing up was disappointing but to length that it could have ruined her life... I mean it was just a miss-coordinated event. Family/friends would understand her.

  • She's over the top and I would bet that if she wants paper instead of plastic at the grocery store and they didn't have what she wanted it would ruin her life. The DJ...he was probably a pretty decent guy a few hundred joints ago. Burned out druggie is what he is. Judge Judy would have tolerated none of this...from her and she would drilled the guy worse.

  • but she COULDN"T dance with her FATHER OMG lolz

  • Haha that DJ is hilarious.

    Poor lady though.

  • What a stupid defendant - but what a foolish judge to reinforce the 'the rest of your life has been ruined' that the plaintiff seems to believe. No-one died or was injured, she deserved her money back and some compensation for additional stress on the day but she also needs to be told to get over it.

  • wow, there are so many racists that post comments on you tube.

  • Holy shit.....The bitch is fat!!!

  • I feel so bad for her! DJ and his wedding coordinator wife decided not to show up and to pocket the money!

  • omg could she shut the hell up! get over it

  • wow, not hat I really care, and I agree that her whole life shouldn't be "ruined" because of one day(bring an ipod for Christ's sake) but damn what does her weight have to do with anything? So if she was skinny you'd feel bad for her?

  • what a bitch, just renew the vows or something

  • This is not court. This is soap opera. WAAAAA WAAAA WAAAAA

  • @policeman1313 And who is more insane; the 400 pound plaintiff or the psycho defendant with the 200 pound wife???? This judge needs to have some control over the courtroom, this is a fucking joke.

  • I understand that she is upset but its time to get over it and move on. She shouldnt dwell on it after how long? She should have another "Wedding Party" then she can move on and have her "dance"

  • Who gives a shit you hog. Your nigger is going to be cheating on inside of a year anyways. U think he is going to stick around with your fat ass? On top of that this is not a Public Service Announcement forum. You are there for a contract breach hearing. Not to inform everyone what you should and should not do on your wedding

  • Kill her and roast her on a spit.

  • This is crap. A whole lot of irrelevant sob stories which have nothing to do with the case. Its an example why courts are so backlogged. Judge Judy leaves this judge for dead in terms of dealng with pure facts quickly and eficiently. Although this Judge is nice to look at

  • Yeah JJ would have dealt with this crying bitch much better.

  • Yeah, Judy would've shut up her whining in 3 seconds, and we wouldn't have to put up with the 50% of this video that was nothing but her drama.

  • I can understand how horrible it must have been for her, but couldn't they just went to some CD store and bought the music? It would have taken them 30 min max. I feel bad for her, but her wedding could have been salvaged

  • Thats exactly what I was thinking. Send the crazy uncle to the store and carry on.

  • Judge Judy would of told her to shut up ages ago

Judge Judy is better then this judge

  • Her crying makes me ill because she could have easily fixed the situation, JJ would have told her can it and would have got to the defendant much quicker.

  • Go eat a (wedding) cake, fatty.

  • ...

While ill admit the DJ was a scumbag for not showing up, the plantiff is clearing a drama whore. At least she go to marry the love of her life. Now if the groom didnt show up, wed be talking a diffrent story. This story is a clear example of always having a back up plan.

  • How is she a drama whore?! A wedding day is the biggest day of your life and when it's ruined that's not ok!
