how much money did you and your parents spend on insruments? it seems like with all the stuff you have it would cost a bunch

i dont think the prices were too bad since the instruments are for beginners. i got the drums for christmas in 2008, they were about $350. i bought the acoustic guitar for $100. i got the electric for my birthday, it was $100. i got the bass for christmas in 2007, it was about $50, and the christmas before that in 2006, i got the keyboard for like $60.

jw. why dont you just use the video audio and mix it together? is it better quality from sony acid?

well first off, if i just play the different parts filmed on camera, i might be playing the instruments at different speeds, and second off, i get better quality from sony acid so it makes it much more easier and saves lots of time if the song is recorded before i make the video.

ohhh ok i see so with sony acid you have more control over how fast you play the intstruments? thanks

well not so much speed but tempo. i need to make sure i am playing all the instruments on the same tempo (example 90 bpm) i need to make sure all the tracks are playing at the same bpm (beats per measure) so one doesnt play faster then the other. i use metronomes to help me with that in the recording.

hey curtis sorry for bugging you lol. i downloaded sony acid 7 and its great but i only get it for 1 month... how do i get it forever??? lol

well i got it with a keygen. there are tutorials on how to download vegas with a keygen. that keygen goes to all sony products so basically i did the same thing with acid.
