what is this silent guitar and what effects are you using. what are the parameter. I love this sound. i need to get this sound. I run my classiscal guitar thru a yamaha stompbox and i can't find this sound. I am glad to have come across your stuff. More power to you.

@mygeardirect The guitar is a "Rama" (made in Brazil), you may want to check out the "Frameworks" (made in Germany). No amp used here, just plugged straight to the computer through an audio interface. A nice amp for nylon string guitar is the "Lunchbox Acoustic" I have one and love it! All the best!

@SonicArchives This one is actually made in Brazil, it's called "Rama", if you google rama violoes you should be able to get some links (most of them in Portuguese though). Don't know about Bb for vocalists though. I love the Bernadette Peter's clip of her singing it. She has the best phrasing of any standards singer (in my opinion)

Do you work out your arrangements by ear with help from piano score/arrangements or work out voicings and leadings on paper then to the guitar? @jazzdado Thanks so much for your kind words! I usually pick a tune and stant playing around with it, trying different harmonizations, etc... I never use the piano to arrange, I do everything on the guitar. after the arrangement is done, then I transcribe it (as time allows!).
