the hair is wavy...(wet n wavy)...I straighten with flat iron and curl with medium barrel or use flexi rods.

No, I wouldn't use the flexi rods on synthetic hair because you will need to use hot boiling water in order for the hair to curl and that is very dangerous. For synthetic hair, I wouldn't use any product except something for sheen...Im not to crazy about the synthetic world of hair- sorry.

Thats really a hard question to answer because I only know my own hair. It really depends on how fast your hair grows. For instance, when I was relaxed, I could wear my micros for about a month without seeing any new growth or it getting messed up. Now that I am natural, I see new growth in 2 weeks...not that I am complaining but when you are natural,the braids freshness do not last as long unless you use synthetic hair. My kinky twist stayed fresh for a month and I washed it weekly.

Yup...I will surely do a full tutorial (real soon). But umm box braidsare a little tricky (depending on the size). I mean if you use synthetic hair, then you gotta use rods & hot water if you want curls. But if you have medium to small size braids you should be able to do any of these styles or some really cute updos.

Wowie that was quick lol... My braids are on the medium size and I used wavy synthetic hair... Its full so kind of difficult to manipulate too much compared to micros... I will attempt the styles though, I especially like the hump one.

Aww thanks girl. Yeah check out my 1st vid...it explains everything...but seriously all I did was flat iron the wet-n-wavy hair (not bone straight) and I sprayed a tiny bit bit of leave in onto my hair...that's it. The flexi rods are the truth and give the best curls hands down! Thanks again!

I did the liquid diet last month for 5 straight days...the 1st 2 day I did only clear liquids and day 3-5 I did just liquids and lost 6 lbs. I am actually doing the liquid diet this week again and I am done tomorrow...I love it...its a great way to detoxify your body.
