Thanks for taking the time to comment. It seems however, that in your low rating, you are rating the Cash for Clunkers program, not my video. Your reasoning is speculative at best, and not based upon factual data with respect to either this particular program, or to the tighter regs banks have now put into place. To a significant degree, there is a level of personal responsibility with respect to borrowing money. My hope is that others will find the info in my video more valuable than you have.

Cash for Clunkers encourages people who shouldn't be buying new cars to get into deep debt. It's going to be similar to the housing crisis when people bought houses that they couldn't afford.
