Even if the radiation could physically move the ionosphere, and the ionosphere somehow rebounded with enough force to cause an earthquake, the pressure wave would be comparable to that of an enormous nuclear bomb detonating at ground level. So, if we were to send waves to try and destroy them, they could recognize that before it hit them and send a counterattack back to us. I remember seeing clouds, weird clouds way back in 1990. They covered the entire sky and were very uniformed in shape. It looked like the bottom of a shallow ocean floor. And further, there is no solid reason to believe HAARP is a weapon, nor is there any evidence whatsoever for your theory that China has something similar.

Sounds like the worst of two evils. I remember chem trails quite common in 1993 . That is also 92-93 when I first heard of a book called Angels Don't Play This HAARP. And if I recall correctly 1994 is when Hailey's Comet flew by and that group of people chose to die together. Human Beings considered as a whole all of my life are just a huge disappointment and I'm most often sad to be wearing the same costume as the humane race.

While this does interest me, you forget to mention... 1) Mu Radar – 1 megawatt facility in Japan (34°51'14.80"N 136° 6'19.45"E). And that the origin of the earthquakes, are used in connection to plates already in pressure point areas. This particular Tsunami of current event, was a force push from US soil. An unlisted HAARP station, not the Alaskan. These are the main "cannons" if you will for large incursion alien offensives, and many other monetary usage applications.

so i guess there's no such thing as natural disasters anymore. there is tons of historical and scientific proof that japan has been having earthquakes for hundreds if not thousands of years. not everything is a conspiracy. THERE IS NO PROOF that this was caused by man (haarp) i can see if it happened in an area with a low probability for earthquakes, how can you prove the difference between man-made vs. nature.... in an area such as japan....YOU CAN'T...period.

When air is heated it expands. Hot expanded air is not as dense as cold air. low density = LOW pressure. Thus a high pressure system is actually cold air and the cold air expands into the hot areas.

Even if the radiation could physically move the ionosphere, and the ionosphere somehow rebounded with enough force to cause an earthquake, the pressure wave would be comparable to that of an enormous nuclear bomb detonating at ground level. If HAARP really could do this, it would be destroyed the first time it was used, because the atmospheric shockwave would be directed straight back downwards.
