Are the ice cubes requests the type you can post on the profile or do you have to send a request to each person individually?

@mv2411 I was able to repair the statues w/o the ice cubes... I don't know what they are for other than not allowing you to "complete the level." You have to send a request to each person individually. I didn't get a single item to add to the jewelry collection playing this level! What gives
