I'm actually beginning with a 5 year biotechnology program at KTH this autumn. While I think some things are great with this, I have doubts that anything can surpass nature's perfect design. Nutrients from fruits,in a package with fiber and water, is optimal for hydration, absorbation and balancing the system. Anything else than that is considered than less optimal.
