@khaos0069 The concept of this treehouse is that the structure "grows" from the trees that are planted... You could make rooms in upper branches but the trunks of each tree would grow at different speeds and elevate the structure of the rooms to different heights... you could have a lot of shifting of the floor in an upper room in as little as 5 years. That's why it's better to let the tree be the shelter overhead, where upward growth is good, and keep the floor on the ground.

Okay, I can dig the green-value and good intentions here, but this video is a FAKE! If you look closely, freeze-frame at :11 and :17 you can tell that this is a computer animation piece. This appears to be an entry into a "treehouse" compitition. I've seen these, and participated. First, they are prohibited from being IN the tree and MUST be on the ground. Second they must be wheel chair accessible. They're built in parks, and left for several months.

Never see that stuff anymore. But then that might have more to do with farm land, or rather, having large parcels of land that have a road dividing it. Perhaps it's often seen in the midwest . . . Some city buildings have little parks on their tops for employees or tenants!
