  • Now I know where "the Bieber" got his haircut from!

  • to bad the mix was bad, great song

  • Excelente canción, excelente video, gracias por compartirlo, saludos.

  • Everytime the camera goes to a closeup of the guitarist playing that rhythm they switched away again. I hate that since I like the sound of the guitar more than the lyrics and it doesn't seem to hard but it is.

  • Now listen to the original by (Sir) Tom Courtenay, and then consign this to the recycle bin where it belongs.

  • This song is absolutely horrible..it definitely shouldn't represent the 60's at all..

  • Lead singer looks like Michael C Hall

  • 'hope they'll not remove this post....thanks for posting.....love it...

  • peter noone exaggerated his manchester accent on this song so unless they,ve m

oved manchester to america without telling us, how can anyone say he,s singing with american english.he's sining in english cos he is english

glad u agree too wow i was only 3 years old then

  • I just downloaded this mp3 at instantmp3s..com

  • Wow this is great. Where d'ya find this?

  • This rpoves that British people purposely sing with American English... I once heard McCartney say "it just happens." Bullshit!

  • LOVE HIS ACCENT;;;;;;;hard to understand but easier when he sings

  • @purselady2 EXACTLY!!! :) someone UNDERSTANDS

  • ahh i was only 3 i wish i was older then to enjoy his music

  • We don't have any good musicians anymore :'( Where's John Lennon? Happened to Music??

  • There's definetly no lip syncing here, I say this because I was under the impression that there was alot of that going down back when. The downloader id having a power nap right now so I thought Id put a little colour in my laptop, only to find out Mrs. Brown & her daughter are in black & white. Makes me thinks that tere was still alot of that going down too, but it was nice to know colour was fast becoming avaliable at a cost however. Thx4 postin'

  • Look closely, Karl the bass player had a custom made "left handed" bass. I remember working with them in the 70s, when another musician commented on that the only other left handed bass was owned by Paul McCartney.

  • you can tell in the live performances of this song they never intended to play the dumb thing again after they recorded it. what a surprise it must have been when it was #1 in the states. but that original recording...wow.

  • wow amazing...good song hahha.

the guitars are above the belt!!! lol!!

  • Dad says first tune he ever heard someone using the palm of the right hand like that to deaden the guitar strings on record was Wheels by the stringalongs

  • Today's artists just don't enjoy singing like Peter.

  • @squizzoo TINY TIM enjoyed singing...lol

  • manchester lads

  • those british boys - they really liked their vox's

  • I like Herman's Hermits and Peter Noone but I admit I always thought him as Britain's Donnie Osmond.

  • awwhe hes insecure about his teeth:(

    i think hes adorable though!:)

  • I must be well lucky, or a gluten for punisnment! I have 2 beautiful daughters (and a gorgeous son). Went through this phase with the big girl (now 20!) came out the other side intact (just), still have to do it with the liitl'un (3 years old) Say no more! A daughter is a mother's dream and nightmare at the same time. But you can't help but love 'em!

  • He lives in the USA now .

  • I saw the movie but I dont remember anything about it...Went for the music I think.

  • What a great time! I think we lost something on the way.

  • musael22 the biggest understatement ever made (see jonas brothers)

  • ouch, dude wtf? june32 thats the most retarded statement ever made (see your comment)

  • bplayer249...what, you don't think the "jonas brothers" is a good group to cite to show how bad music is today in comparison to the Herman's Hermits and other sixties classics?!

  • rofl copter "mrs brown you have a lovely daughter" dam that was some racey material back then

  • 'everyone' under 25 these days has perfect teeth! they've made amazing advances in cosmetic dentistry...in the 60's and 70's and even 80's people accepted you, even if you didn't have perfect choppers. it was a simpler time.

  • @deemilieu Actually, we didn't notice until it improved as you say.

  • @deemilieu The Brits in particular have awful teeth.

  • @Yehudittx Yes but they're all ours. Everything about the Yanks is "plastic"

  • It almost looks like he's trying to hide his crooked teeth in this video, except he can't seem to help that adorable grin once in awhile. I liked the teeth - they were part of his charm, imo, before he got them fixed a couple of years later...not that he still didn't have charm!

This is fun. Thanks for posting it!!

  • noon rules, great video, txs for posting it

  • I saw them live in '65 when I was 7 yrs old.

  • 44 years ago today, Markie.

  • Saw Peter Noone do a show on a cruise ship one time. He put on a great show.

  • This is great, thanks for uploading it. It's so cute and funny.

  • If you didn't like them, you don't need to watch. GO AWAY.

  • I have alway love Peter Noone and still go and see the original singer at concerts, He sound even better today. and has lots of energy on stage.

  • I've never seen him in concert, but I would jump at the chance!

  • No problem really. If you don't like it it then turn off.

  • LOL

  • ГОВНИЩЕ КАКОЕ - ТО!!!

  • HMFRiverdale.....I guess "class" is something u were never able to obtain. But, in reply to your vulgar, classless comment. Quite a few people were interested in knowing that including "Cousin Brucie" on his weekly Sirius show. He was amazed , just just i'm amazed your able to exist with your feeble mind.

  • A little inside information on that muted guitar piece. After Peter left the group and the Hermits continued to tour with out him and Keith their rythmn guitar player (who played the muted part) Lec , the lead guitar player played the muted part even better by putting a cloth under the guitar strings as he played it.

  • i've always loved that muted rhythm guitar part...nice to see it being played!

  • Wonderful to hear a live version. Pristine 60's!
