Sinclair will guide him to Eleanor because Tenenbaum said he was BONDED to Eleanor. Play the rest to understand.

They do this because the little girl is able to increase production in the slug. The substance is very valuable and can give you amazing powers, as so, the homicidal "splicers", who are addicted to the drug, try to harvest the girl for the slug. the big protectors are there to keep them away.

This game could of had a co-op multiplayer. Think about it

2-4 human surving on a section of the city with vending machines and plasmids around.

Splicers can get tougher the more you last and big daddies are the bosses. This could be in Bioshock infinite too!!!
