Tina, I'm so happy that your little baby is going to be ok. Yea gurl those vet bills will kill your bank account. You know I just lost my chihuahua 3 weeks ago & I'm truly heart broken. I had him for 6 yrs. This baby cost me $6,000 for a double knee surgery a few yrs back & all together, for the 6 yrs I had him, he cost us nearly $10,000. But I can't put a price tag on my babies. I loved him so much.

I'm so glad she is ok. I just went through a bout with my dog [Chrissy] she ate something that made her sick. Vommiting and Diarrhea on and off for 2 weeks. After 7 days of meds. She is better now. When you love your pet you want them to be well. Thanks for sharing!

i have 2 cats and I got insurance on them I only pay 13 dollars a month for each of them after I pay a co pay anything i pay i get 75 % of the money back and it pays for yearly check ups and shots and anything thing as far as yearly upkeep. it is a better deal in the long run you should look for pet insurance be cheaper on your pockets.

i promise a baby aspirin works...i stepped on my 3lb toy poodle and he screamed for dear life..went histarically to the ved just to get an $80 bill and to hear i could give him a half of a baby aspirin

tell you daughter don't feel too bad...my 230 pound mother fell on my 4pd shih tzu ...she was sitting in the corner for like 4 hours after that!

Oh and Tina you might want to look into getting insurance for the dogs. It doesnt cost that much and it might help out a lot when things like this come up. Ask your vet to recommend a company. Thats what I did

Your puppy has it good, girl. I would hold out on spaying her and just do the ear thing. The vet is a trip. Sometimes they charge you more for a dog than they to for your own medical bills.
