Trivia: Starscream was a Scientist...you heard it here! Yes a lot of inconsistencies in the story line but they probably never imagined kids would notice or grow up and post to YouTube and pick every flaw out in a discussion group:)

Ok, found a mistake, remember when Starscream is telling Megatron about how he knew Skyfire on Cybertron and they were both scientists; well when it shows them transforming on Cybertron and discovering earth (prior to autobots crashing on earth and Teletran 1 repairing all the transformers) Starscream was an earth plane and not a cybertronian Tetra Jet like he and all the other seakers were on Cybertron. That really bothers me because I think the Tetra Jets are way cool!

This episode is so different. A nice side to Starscream and a Decep changing sides. I also liked the fact that only 8 Autobot cars were shown. More characterisation developed for each of them rather than showing the whole team. Pity Skyfire was only in 7 episodes. But I guess each one of them (bar the Immobiliser), he was a main character. He prob got more airtime than guys like Windcharger that was shown in loads of episodes!

Starscream is capable of flying in space. Considering that time has very little meaning to transformers and that the war wasn't happening at that point Starscream and Skyfire could have been exploring for thousands of years for all we know. With the war back on time is now of the escence for victory so travelling for that long in space would be an issue.
