ok, i know there arent textures in final, but the courses are there. In the kiosk version, theyre all there with textures, only available thru hacking. ergo, if you want textures in the final, youd have to move the textures to the final along with the kiosk track then right? if not, itl be a white track again

Final's Course Data works TOTALLY different in Kiosk.

Kiosk has EVERYTHING included in only 1 CARC archive.

Final has EVERY track in 2 parts (1 = model and 1 = textures).

Porting the textures is already possible (one year already).
