Why would you buy this instead of the BMW 135i? Its in the same price range, has 300 HP Straight 6 3.0L twin turbo engine (perhaps the best commercial engine), does 0-60 faster, handles better, much better refinement, gets way better fuel economy, and its sexy as fuck in its own way. The only thing I like about the Charger is its mean looks, but nothing else.

Mmmm how do u figure the handling is better exactly? Have some figures? Mercedes are known more as a luxury brand and then for performance on some models. You can have the best suspension in the world, but if its overly heavy, big, and tall, it ain't gonna handle well.

The Charger is the only full size sedan on the auto market worth any interest. What else are you going to buy, so pos Toyota Camry with a faulty accelerator, and an "eco-friendly" emission producing 1.2L hybrid. Fuck that! I need to figure out what my uncle is doing wrong in his SRT8..he took me for a ride in it and I insisted he do the 0-60 timer..he pulled off 7.8 seconds. Pedal to the floor from stop..not even a chirp from the tires.

The killer looks & sound make this car desirable. But weights to much & sips to much gas, city/highway 13/19. The fuel mileage is the same as a full size pickup weighing 5-6 thousand pounds. Highway mileage should at least get 22. The Mustang, Camaro, & Corvette get low to mid 20s. But u do get a lot of leg room, cargo & luggage space unlike other sport cars.

@camirocz Motortrend & CarandDriver always record faster 0-60,0-100, & 1/4 mile times. Other magazines & critics not as popular or ar lesser known post slower times, don't be surprise. I guess MT & CaD are better drivers, hire pro drivers, or get paid to lie. 98 mph with a 425 h/p car doesn't seem right. Your numbers are right on point.

If anything it's the opposite, I don't see many dodges out on the road other than the charger, and a challenger once in a blue moon, which is a shame because dodge makes some really nice vehicles. Look at the ford taurus, it even offers all wheel drive, and it probably comes rear wheel standard. As for chevy, I don't care. Do some research before you start trolling the comments.
