My nephew died Dec 23rd 2010 devastating our entire family at Christmas, from an overdose of special K mixed with a few other drugs but special K was the main cause according to the coroner.

@angelmonday It was most likely the other drugs. It would take about 4 grams of ketamine to overdose on it. You would be passed out cold before getting anywhere close to that amount.

it also dies down pretty fast.. so about 1/2 hour top.. after that it go's away pretty fast

so take 1 keypoint in each nostrell
every 10-15min
maximizes the absorption and dousnt waste anything
trust me it works muchhh beter
or mix it with water in a nosespray
