  • Hi! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my brother in law got great 6 pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • But of corse it takes a wile to get a 6pak

  • very good

  • I have abs and all that but there starting to go away... Even though I work out regularly

  • man at last u quoted that i' know u can beat that '! but here is the thing i have already beated that i usuallly do 100 situps with 3 sets and sucide plank i do nearly 30 and the last one i have done 50 so thats enough to beat ur challenge!

  • Dude!!! your body is amazing, but I have a question that really needs an answer!

now i don't have 6 pack abs, and i'm not fat... the question is:-

if i'm doing these 3 exercises everyday, how many times should i repeat them in a day? Thanks :)

  • @Rockna777 If you are advanced than you can perform these as many times as you can. Their is not set number. Its until you feel you have gotten a workout.

This is also for any other people viewing this video who are advanced or want to incorporate this into their workout. No set number, but if you want a number I would say 3 sets if you can do the numbers I did, otherwise, 5 or more sets.

  • good ab work out bro. keep up the good work

  • For the first person to Dislike this could not beat that

  • Do you do incorporate any cardio into your workouts? If so, how much and how long?

  • @Cappadoccia04 I do not do traditional cardio. The only cardio I do is hit the punching bag as I do not have a problem with weight or access fat. (3 to 5 rounds of 5 mins, 2 to 3 times a week). If you have the proper diet, you could get abs with just weightlifting and punching the bag and never worry much about gaining fat. And more important, keep the abs 360-365 days a year, and not just when you train for it!
