@leolego88 its basically the RROD, red ring of death - (this is the common name for it) the yellow light of death is where your ps3 freezes so when you turn it off, (depending on which model you have, slim or fat) you get a yellow light where the green light should be - fat ps3 - and red lights on both of the buttons for a slim.
