my mom brought home a pallet from her work. it was 2 layers of solid plywood on tip so no grooves on it. she brought 9 2 by fours that were 5 feet wide and im gunna double them up so my box is a total of about 9 inches tall, 7 feet long,and 5 feet wide. bought a quart of skatepaint which was $40 plus 2 angle irons which are pretty cheap. all in all it cost about $60.
