I like James Carville but he looks very similar to a movie character, but I can't put my finger on it. Its been driving me crazy but it just won't come to me. someone help me out before I pull the rest of my hair out.
I did a search, and all I saw was gollum, but I don't think that's it. The character I see is a tall guy in some sort of a horror movie or something.
Any ideas?

I don't like Carville on bit but he is exactly right on this one. There should be tankers out there siphoning and separating right now. I take that back, last MONTH.
