I've been trying to find this song for ages. It's beauty is difficult to describe. All I know is this piece touches me in a much deeper way than most music.
i gotta watch this again, i've never been able to sit down and watch it in one sitting, something has always come up. but whenever i do watch the bits of it i find it a little muddled, there are two kinds of stories here, explosive action and dramataic philosiphy, from what i've seen it needs to be one or the other, not both, good enough movie though
Okay here we go. I remember when this film was released. I'd never seen a film with such hype attached to the so-called "artistic vision" of it's maker, with the exception of Eyes Wide Shut. I was psyched to see it. Couldn't wait. Paid my money. Fell Asleep. This film had ZERO plot and WAY too many characters and WAY too many great actors with NOTHING to do. I liked the small part with John Cusack. I liked SOME of the philosophical disquisition, etc. Overall though, I just didn't get it, sorry-

This song is beautiful. The song and the movie both left me speechless. The movie was so unbelievably deep when compared to other war movies, even classics like Saving Private Ryan.
parts of the thin red line have exaggerated emotions, but it still captures alot of that primal fear that just isnt there in saving private ryan. the two movies are good, this is much more artsy than saving private ryan but still entertaining.

i think this song has more feel to it than "god yu tekem laef blong mi"... When i read a war book , i always listen to this . Don't know why , never understood what they were singing , but to me they are singing a story , and a damn fine one!

i gotta watch this again, i've never been able to sit down and watch it in one sitting, something has always come up. but whenever i do watch the bits of it i find it a little muddled, there are two kinds of stories here, explosive action and dramataic philosiphy, from what i've seen it needs to be one or the other, not both, good enough movie though

Okay here we go. I remember when this film was released. I'd never seen a film with such hype attached to the so-called "artistic vision" of it's maker, with the exception of Eyes Wide Shut. I was psyched to see it. Couldn't wait. Paid my money. Fell Asleep. This film had ZERO plot and WAY too many characters and WAY too many great actors with NOTHING to do. I liked the small part with John Cusack. I liked SOME of the philosophical disquisition, etc. Overall though, I just didn't get it, sorry-

This song is beautiful. The song and the movie both left me speechless. The movie was so unbelievably deep when compared to other war movies, even classics like Saving Private Ryan.

parts of the thin red line have exaggerated emotions, but it still captures alot of that primal fear that just isnt there in saving private ryan. the two movies are good, this is much more artsy than saving private ryan but still entertaining.
