Try writing the good ideas out with PowerTab and practicing them with a metronome. Some of the riffs sounded like they were awesome, but you played very sloppily. It's better to play slowly but cleanly (especially if you want to become really good)

2.The beat must be on the 2nd and 4th mesure( 4/4)
