These rows force the elbows outside of the support bars, so I think this uses more rear delts. It's easy for lats to take over with rows on parallel bars or pull up bars by keeping elbows in, but doing this would have them hit.
@tyciol Thank you for your comment. Elevated rows are a great exercise! There is room to keep your elbows in. I do not think the video fully illustrated the possibilities.
Can you adjust the width of the dip bar? Let's say I want them closer to my hips, then a far them, can you?
