It is such a pleasure to know that God's remnant who have come out and separated from the harlot church of contemporary times, and are SEEKING truth can be found on this video. Many defend their pastors, churches, and are afraid to DISCERN the state of organized religion, because they have swallowed the lie that it is a sin to evaluate the church and its leaders. Scripture says,"BE NOT DECEIVED", but to prove all things with Scripture and the Truth. Shalom!!

I don't go because I actually believe that Jesus is the Savior of the world. He didn't not fail in his mission. God really did put all the punishment for sin upon Him at the cross and He is no longer counting our sins against us. 2cor 5:19

Lack of intellectual stimulation is not a reason to not go to church. The fact that religion kidnaps minds, induces paranoia, and ruins family bonds when an intellectual "questions his/her faith," more than creates a valid case for not going to church.

I don't go to church because I get enough of the world on the streets. I'm tired of the flare and the lights and the fog machine. I'm tired of messages that haven't been prayed about and are full of feel good messages. I don't want brimstone and fire, I just want the word of God! I don't care if you have 20 man band, or a small choir... just give me a group of people who legitimately love Christ and want to pursue His heart for their lives. Otherwise, I'm not going to church.

reasons why I don't go to church. 1. Christ say that we're the church. 2. Nowhere in the bible says that we must go and take membership classes to join. 3. It's expensive. You must pay tithes, offerings, building fund, love offerings etc. 4. They get upset if you attend fellowships outside of their organization. 5. They preach to you instead of teaching in a normal tone they way Jesus did. 6. They usally want you to join just so they can get your tithe. 7. They give you elementary teachings.

Can anyone tell me why they believe ALL of the Bible to be true and not just some of it? I am not talking about belief in God, in the soul, in the Oneness of Creation etc but belief that ALL of the Bible is true. You may say, because it is the word of God But this begs the question: 'WHY do you believe this? You may refer to this or that passage in the Bible as supporting your belief but it only supports your belief if you believe in it in it in the first place. Why then, please?

Hope that there really is Someone out there Who gave His life for you, me, everybody because He loved us unconditionally. Doesn't that feel great? Knowing that no matter what are past is, He still loves us and wants us to be saved.

I dont go to church because I found out that although Jesus Christ was the son of god, was born on 25th of Dec, was crucified, resurrected and ascended to heaven etc,

there was another prophet by the name of Mithra who did all the things that Jesus did- unfortunately for Christians, he lived 800 years before Christ!

Did Mithrea ever die and raise from the dead and can he forgive sin like Jesus? Don't think so. Isaiah 53 talked about Jesus, not anybody else...and only Jesus fulfulled all those prophecies that were predicted 750 year before His birth.

You believe what you like if that helps you to be a better person and if it brings you happiness. However, plz also accept that there are other ppl in the world who don't believe in Jesus, nor Mohammad and the other prophets but are still good to their neighbours, kind and charitable- and they do that without expecting some kind of reward when they die.

Sure- you can wikipi Mithra to get some general info about Mithra, however, there is stuff on YouTube as well.

In any case Mithra was not the first so-called prophet to do all that stuff. The 12 followers, the resurrection, the 25th of December had all been used by others even before Mithra.

Look, it is unlikely that Jesus even existed physically- it is a concept invented by the Romans.

The thing is you don't need religion in this day and age. You can still be a good person without it all.

It's sad reading your comments, because it shows how misinformed you are, and how little you have actually researched this out. There is so much evidence for the existence of Jesus. The Bible is a reliable historical document which can be verified through archaeology, science, manuscripts, statistics, prophecy, eyewitnesses, etc. You just have to search it out for yourself. I recommend Josh McDowell to start with. His books, "Evidence That Demands a Verdict", and "More Than a Carpenter".
