We are better at every posistion, more physical, better athletes, and we played better competition. And if Louisville tries to press this game could get ugly for them. Our length is what makes UK so good. Our D is sick this year and our offense is pretty good to. I wish U of L would have beat Georgetown though

Duke vs Carolina has nothing on this rivalry. The amount of hate and utter disdain the programs have for each other is off the charts. The whole state shuts down when this game is played. We play 1 time for all the bragging rights, not 2 times like UNC vs Duke. That makes that one game much more intense. Williams and K like each other. Cal and Pitino absolutely hate each other and want nothing more than to beat each other. This rivalry is by far more intense and I dont think it is close. >

long beach state is 7-6 and will probably make the tourney because their in the big west. and memphis is 6-5, ohio is the best opp on that list, but will at best make the sweet 16

We were good this decade before Calipari. And we'll be good after. The history between Kentucky and Louisville is 27-14, Kentucky was never scared to play Louisville, and never will. And all the Louisville fans I know think they're gonna win every game they play. But, that's just the ones I know.

They cut the camera in the early 80's, after fans of both UK and UofL wanted answers as to why they never played bc they were both top 10 programs in the nation. Joe B. Kentucky is the best basketball program of all-time in the country, period. The point I made in the beginning was that Louisville has been the more RELEVANT team this decade. That's not opinion based, that is fact. UK's history speaks for itself, but Louisville has been the better team of the decade. The next one ? I doubt it.

But if Kentucky stays at the rate they're at, Louisville won't really stand a chance, unless they got some pretty amazing recruits. But, right now, Kentucky is in the spotlight, and I'm glad we finally are again, I missed being a fan of the best basketball team in the country, I haven't been able to say that since 1998.
