Before they were placed in The Passing DLC, the FS zombies would be set ablaze from their molotovs/pipe bombs being shot if you didn't headshot or decapitate them, turning them something into suicide-bomber zombies.

This would actually make a pretty neat mutation. That there would be no special infected (except maybe boomers), just near constant hordes of fallen survivor infected. You'd never be at a loss for supplies, but you would have to be gunning like crazy to keep up with the hordes.
