Garp is actually really strong even compared to the devil fruit users. I know he doesn't show much but he can hit any kind of devil fruit user, even if it's fire, light, ice, or rubber. Not a lot of people are able to fight the admirals because they can't touch them. For example, he hit Luffy and Marco and they were in pain. Imagine if he used his fighting skills for real. Don't you think he would beat most of there asses?

I was surprised that no a single Strawhat members is in the list. Black Beard should be significantly higher. Shank and Monkey D. Dragon should be slightly lower. Enel and Magallan is a little bit of overrated. I think even Boa Hancock with her Haki power is stronger than both of them.
Idk thinking the admirals are weaker then the 7 warlords is a bit disturbing while putting the admiral that was designated as the next fleet admiral as the weakest of the 3 also is a problem. Shanks is missing an arm so him being greater then white beard with his health problems is also questionable. Also a question I am wondering is why Garp is still a vice admiral having captured the pirate king which makes me think he isn't insanely strong and not able to compete with the devil fruit users.
@GhostEnthusiasm Garp is a vice admiral cause he doesn't want a promotion. I think he doesn't want to fight his son Dragon and thats why he isn't fleet admiral.

@EarltheHardy If Garp was stronger than shanks, shanks wouldn't be alive in the first place. He'd have been murdered long ago by Garp due to him influencing Luffy into being a pirate. Whitebeard is the strongest character to have ever lived apart from Roger, and Sengoku and Shanks cant really be compared, but it is likely that Sengoku is stronger.

For those who thinks D. Dragon is weak? Seriously.. we haven't seen anything about him because he is one of the last epic characters. If they did show him in ep 500 then who the hell would come and surprise the world after the timeskip?.. Dude you cant possibly place 2 shichibukais before the admirals, especially Akainu. Also, you place Dragon as number one and we don't even know how strong he is. He's the most DANGEROUS criminals, not STRONGEST. the strongest is Whitebeard, then comes Garp and Sengoku, then the 3 other yonkous and Akainu THEN the Shichibukais, the 2 other admirals and other pirates. Many people say sengoku is weaker then the admirals and you put him in top 3? Garp was strong but now he is old and you put him second? Sengoku and Garp fought on par against Roger and Sengoku was admiral before so he cant be weaker than the other 3 admirals and Garp was offered the position of admiral so those 2 are stronger than the rest. I can kind of agree with this list and I liked that you recognized that some of the shichibukai are probably stronger than the admirals.
Only thing I would say is that Blackbeard should not be in the top 15. He wasn't very powerful, having just about beat Ace and he definitely did not have much control of his Gura Gura no Mi pre timeskip for him to be able to use it effectively against the others on this list.
According to my awesome judgement, it should be in this sequence. Gol D Roger, Whitbeard, Monkey D Garp, Monkey D Dragon, Red-Haired Shanks, then the rest of the Yonko, then the Shichibukai, then the Admirals, then Luffy. And in the rest of the anime, Luffy will gradually make his way up the ranks and ultimately become the strongest. Woohoo!!

@junandeo12345 sure is Shanks strong, but I dont think Akainu back off because he is scared of Shanks. Shanks may beat Akainu, but it would be a hard fight. In this scene Akainu had to face a legend yet, he cant fight another one. Apart from this I dont think Shanks is much better then Whitebeard. They both have very strenght haki and Shanks may be a little bit more agil, but Whitebeard could have destroyed the planet if he wanted to. And I could bet they were both on the same level as Dragon

Doflamingo didn't even have a scratch after the war...akainu got his ass wooped by whitebeard, aokigi got smacked by jozu, kizaru was loosing to marco until that vice admiral put the sea stone on him. So yeah it makes sense Doflamingo is higher up than admirals.
Best list on youtube. It's so nice to see a list where Enel isn't underrated like in the other lists were he is number 30 etc (fucking idiotes). If i had to complain about something here it would be Doflamingo, Magellan and Raylight's rankings. First of all i think Magellan is to weak to be here, i would put him at the 17th - 19th place. I just want to let you all notice one thing, Doflamingo is the only one in all the series not being hit or even dared at a fight, he wasnt afriad at the Marine Re-Union (after crocodile was defeated) and went to the war just to smile and laugh at the deaths of others. He is practically one of the strongest. He does whatever he wants, thats what he told the Marine Chief in Command and if he shows Haki then he is better than nearly all of these characters mentioned in the video

Nobody really knows the truth, stop trying to stand up for your favourite characters. But what I think, Gol D Roger is no doubt the strongest. He is the only one who has fully uncovered New World. Nobody else has done so, thus nobody else is comparable to him. Pity we can't really see him in action.
@Lusterski his crew was also pretty tough- a future Yonko, The Dark King, a future Shichibukai ,Dr Crokus and more we haven't heard of. He was the Pirate King in an era where people like Shiki, Whitebeard (and the other Yonko) existed though, so he must have been extra special in a way. I think Whitebeard could have been King if he wanted to, but his preference was a family of 'sons' rather than the New World. He even refused Roger's offer to tell the location of Ratsel Island.

Dude you cant possibly place 2 shichibukais before the admirals, especially Akainu. Also, you place Dragon as number one and we don't even know how strong he is. He's the most DANGEROUS criminals, not STRONGEST. the strongest is Whitebeard, then comes Garp and Sengoku, then the 3 other yonkous and Akainu THEN the Shichibukais, the 2 other admirals and other pirates. Oh and Blackbeard should be in the top 5 too!! If you gonna make a list, make it right dude

@MrComa119 it's hard to make "a" right list cause there isn't really one. If you read al the comments you would notice your list is considered wrong. Many people say sengoku is weaker then the admirals and you put him in top 3? Garp was strong but now he is old and you put him second? Whitebeard was the strongest but he is old and sick and you put him first? Blackbeard is considered a noob not even in top 10, he only won vs Ace. So if you gonna make a comment, do it right dude ;)

Sengoku and Garp fought on par against Roger and Sengoku was admiral before so he cant be weaker than the other 3 admirals and Garp was offered the position of admiral so those 2 are stronger than the rest. WB was STATED be thee strongest, one piece fact. (when first introduced, the little box said "strongest man in the world". BB is a yonkou so he cant be a "noob", he got 2 DF powers, which is something unheard of before. Please understand!!!

The strongest ppl in one piece - all time, with no doubt are : WHITEBEARD who is the strongest, Roger, Dragon, The Dark King, Shanks, Blackbeard, 3 Admirals, Garp (who may be stronger than the admirals who knows, if he would be at his younger age he could beat all 3 at once im sure) and Mihawk. I can kind of agree with this list and I liked that you recognized that some of the shichibukai are probably stronger than the admirals.
Only thing I would say is that Blackbeard should not be in the top 15. He wasn't very powerful, having just about beat Ace and he definitely did not have much control of his Gura Gura no Mi pre timeskip for him to be able to use it effectively against the others on this list.

According to my awesome judgement, it should be in this sequence. Gol D Roger, Whitbeard, Monkey D Garp, Monkey D Dragon, Red-Haired Shanks, then the rest of the Yonko, then the Shichibukai, then the Admirals, then Luffy. And in the rest of the anime, Luffy will gradually make his way up the ranks and ultimately become the strongest. Woohoo!!

There is no chance that a Shichibukai is stronger than an admiral or a Yonkou. After WB dead, i agree that Shanks now is strongest. Gol D Roger is dead and nothing of Dragons power has been shown, so nobody knows anything.

@junandeo12345 sure is Shanks strong, but I dont think Akainu back off because he is scared of Shanks. Shanks may beat Akainu, but it would be a hard fight. In this scene Akainu had to face a legend yet, he cant fight another one. Apart from this I dont think Shanks is much better then Whitebeard. They both have very strenght haki and Shanks may be a little bit more agil, but Whitebeard could have destroyed the planet if he wanted to. And I could bet they were both on the same level as Dragon

Doflamingo didn't even have a scratch after the war...akainu got his ass wooped by whitebeard, aokigi got smacked by jozu, kizaru was loosing to marco until that vice admiral put the sea stone on him. So yeah it makes sense Doflamingo is higher up than admirals.

Best list on youtube. It's so nice to see a list where Enel isn't underrated like in the other lists were he is number 30 etc (fucking idiotes). If i had to complain about something here it would be Doflamingo, Magellan and Raylight's rankings. First of all i think Magellan is to weak to be here, i would put him at the 17th - 19th place. As for Doflamingo (Which is my favorite char) i would rather say 11-13 and for Raylight 7-8. At the end i love that you think Dragon is the strongest

I just want to let you all notice one thing, Doflamingo is the only one in all the series not being hit or even dared at a fight, he wasnt afriad at the Marine Re-Union (after crocodile was defeated) and went to the war just to smile and laugh at the deaths of others. He is practically one of the strongest. He does whatever he wants, thats what he told the Marine Chief in Command and if he shows Haki then he is better than nearly all of these characters mentioned in the video

Nobody really knows the truth, stop trying to stand up for your favourite characters. But what I think, Gol D Roger is no doubt the strongest. He is the only one who has fully uncovered New World. Nobody else has done so, thus nobody else is comparable to him. Pity we can't really see him in action.

@Lusterski his crew was also pretty tough- a future Yonko, The Dark King, a future Shichibukai ,Dr Crokus and more we haven't heard of. He was the Pirate King in an era where people like Shiki, Whitebeard (and the other Yonko) existed though, so he must have been extra special in a way. I think Whitebeard could have been King if he wanted to, but his preference was a family of 'sons' rather than the New World. He even refused Roger's offer to tell the location of Ratsel Island.

How can u say one character is stronger than other? We havnt seen them fight each other. What did u base this list on? Devil Fruit? Bounty? Title such as Admiral, world strongest? We dnt kno most of their bounty and if u base it on devil fruit then Enel is strongest, other than luffy no one has any resistance to his lightning.
