haha i have almost exactly the same projector as you! had it for 2 years now. I use it as a substitute for a TV set in my bedroom. They work alright, but they are fucking loud and the focus like you said id rather bad. I ended up curving my screen to keep it in focus.

did it state like 1080P full HD but in reality its 800*600 pixels?

For a cheap set up they are ok. and if your leaving the thing on all day like you would a TV much better for cost seeing as the globes are $22 here in AU not $500

i have a benq pb 6100 that i got off a friend that didnt use it it only has 100 hrs on it it has video s video rgb and a 16 pin component input on it it has a great pictue on it at 13 ft i could put out a 100 inxh screen if you could come across one look into it there worth it just thought id pass it on
