(c) need is a drive to get things done, one way or another. I encourage everyone who's still in school to stay and graduate if they can help it. I regret not sticking to what I believed in everyday. But I'm not going to make that mistake twice, and I don't want anyone else to make a mistake like I did, either.
I'm a High School dropout. Too much was going on with my parents' divorce and somebody needed to be there for the child in my family, the school I went to was horrible with these teenagers who thought it was funny to mentally torment me, and teachers who didn't give a crap about whether I passed or not. I begged my mom to find another school or homeschool me; I really did want to graduate. But I did drop out, and I did get my GED when things calmed down enough and we had the money. All you (c)
Who the hell can stay motivated? These schools tell kids to be who they are. Then when we have the audacity to do so, we're punished like some disobdient pets.
