This tour was probably the blackest spot on Manson's career, and not in a good way. Remember that he was on his way out at this point until he felt "inspired" to make music again. Context is everything.

Manson has become a hack ... Trent went Down hill in NIN the last year NIN was around .. thats most likely why he quit ... But NIN ( watch beside you in time ) was way stronger then manson has ever been sonically .. And visually with the lights at least .. look at Lights in the Sky footage .. Amazing visuals .. But anyhow .. manson clones will argue about it till the day they die just like a christian vouching for christ ..

Marilyn Manson is awesome I truley enjoyed all the eras and all the cds and all the live performances they have all been great Marilyn Manson is great and his newest tour 2007-2008 is amazing his voice is excellent and the band sounds awesome and the stage is awesome I cant complain

manson will never improve as a live performer. I hate to say it but his voice is dying. Nowhere near as strong as it was like on the guns, god and government tour. I love the new album tho :)

I also prefer Twiggy to Skold. Twiggy was a very creative guy and he's playing in NIN now so he is not inferior at all to Tim Skold, besides I've heard the new Manson songs that Skold wrote, and they're great but not more so than Antichrist Superstar. But don't get me wrong I love all the albums.

Twiggy is a way better bass player .. And NIn is also way better then manson exspeacailly live , Manson is great in the studio , but outside it he isnt worth a fuck.NIN on the other hand is also great in the studio ( trent that is ) but i honestly can say I like alot of NIN songs Better Live then the recorded versions , but i can kind see what your getting at .NIN dont have very many songs were the bass is complicated .

Marilyn Manson was at it's best from '98-'03... Mark Chaussee sucks for this band. Compare The Dope Show live at Rock AM Ring 2003, and then watch 2005's performance, and you tell me the performance is just as good. Even though RAR 2003 Dope Show sucked, it still blows 2005 out of the Fucking water.
