You actually never have to use SP on the FAL. It's just a spec thing. The added power of stopping power makes it still be a 2 shot kill at close range and 3 shot at long range, it does however decrease the number of bullets needed in the head, from 2 to 1. Also, if one uses a holocraphic sight and SP, due to the glitch, one only needs 2 shots down range.

stopping power is pointless if you use holographic sights does 55 damage at any range so 2 shots anywhere if you dont use the holographic 25 meters+ i belie it is a 3 hit kill with 35 damage which doesnt benifit from stopping power unless its a headshot because it will do 49 damage or 3 shots. im saying its a 2 shot kill close or 3 shots long with stopping power or not

FAL+Holographic raises MINIMUM damage to 40, so w/ stopping power its a 2hit kill at any range.

Totally agree, hutch/ seananners and rhdricheee are ok to watch a few vids but Tom is one of the only MW2 beasts to actually give structured advice. Check out wingsofredemption and his channel. He's another beast who isn't shy of dishing out sound advice
