  • @RockBandDrummer1441 it uses energy that you could be using pump your arms/move ur legs...so it hurts. but if u feel more comfy doing that then do it its not that big a difference

  • @RockBandDrummer1441 balling your fist cause air resistance and cause you to run a bit slower but it wont hurt or anything. best is to move your shoulders till your hands are about at your cheeks

  • well if you know how to run you should know what muscles you use the most and focus on those, for example if your young your hamstrings prolly aren't that developed so start there

  • @iitachifries From a personal trainer's point of veiw. Train the ENTIRE body for running. Don't only focus on the legs. And when working out, use the 1 up 3 down method. For example, when doing squats, sit down into your squat for the 3-4 seconds, then BLAST up as fast as possible, but be sure to control the weight so that you don't throw it off your back. This will build up the explosiveness in your legs. Also, make sure to exhale when pushing the up and inhale when going down. Air is ESSENTIAL

  • @Ahsenakapakistanrulz hell yeah. i ran my fastest time ever in the 100m after doing to robot for a my warm up last year as a freshman 11.3.
