Very sound advice through and through. Hopefully this video gets filtered to the top of 'how-to' and 'beginner' videos as you seem to cover all the bases as well as emphasize the importance of enjoying oneself. Nice video.
Our very special thanks to Llyr for his kind recommendation. We have three generations of experience in our family business (all pipe smokers) and are always happy to advise and help where we can. Our latest venture to help all pipe smokers is the introduction of pipe tobacco samples.Regards Claire Green (Greens of Leeds)
All sound advice. Cobs are great to start. I recommend Falcons since they are hard to break and easy to keep clean. But your right on spend a little more on tobacco's to try different things. TAD and PAD are the only viruses I get from online contact. lol thanks Gregg
@Knightdor thanks for watching Bob. The falcon is indeed a cracking smoke. The music is "sosban fach" or little saucepan; its a south Wales song but its also the song of my favourite rugby team so I figure it'll do!
Hey Im on tampandpuff...this is CobKing :).....like your Falcon...Ive got 3 myself enjoy them all.....yes yes yes...thank you on the cob advice...(I type as I watch lol)...Youve had some great advice there...I agree completely with PAD lol...I have 80 but in all fairness 28 are cobs and 18 were a giftso maybe its not so bad...I think its because I smoke alot of cobs and dont want to burn the bottum,I never smoke all the way down.I leave about a 1/4 inch of dottle at the bottum of every pipe Bob
