You will need to adjust the acceleration and decelleration in Mach to solve this. I have had this problem in the past too. You might also need to tune your servos a but better. It looks like you are using the Amatec servos? I have used them as well. I wonder if the fact they are not true servos is part of the problem as well.

if you are using mach3 software just run the code in CV Mode. Maybe will solve your problem...
