I thought the music to this level (the Underground Catacombs/Frankenstein level) is very old fashioned Universal Pictures Horror Movies like the Wolf Man or Frankenstein. I can hear a little of that type of film music in this

I've played Castlevani on the VC, and level 6 is a REAL PAIN THE ASS!!! Getting through SOOOOO many bats and flea men is absolutely impossible!

God, I can't remember how many times I had to replay this level. Frankenstein took me so many times, but gee, it felt so good to finally beat that bastard and his stupid pet.

@ThrobnWood Lucky for me I had the measly dagger when I just fought them, lol. But as long as you can keep Igor frozen as much as possible the fight won't raise your blood pressure all that much.
