  • americas gettin sweaty

  • Interesting and well-informed comments. Such a shame that most of these comments are avoiding the issue - that the US is guily of torture. Don't get me wrong - all the other countries mentioned below are guilty too. Is the US just the same as Iran, Russia etc, or BETTER than that??

  • Russian police are regularly observed practicing torture - including beatings, electric shocks, rape, asphyxiation - in interrogating arrested suspects. In 2000, human rights Ombudsman Oleg Mironov estimated that 50% of prisoners with whom he spoke claimed to have been tortured. Amnesty International reported that Russian military forces in Chechnya engage in torture.

  • @newworldordernyus

The U.S is much worse than Russia when it comes to human rights. Nobody can compete with you in that regard, trust me.

  • the worst crimes against humanity since Hitler's WWII crimes happened in Iran under the occupying Islamic regime and the whole world ignored the fact that 10s of millions of Iranians have been enslaved by the Islamic fanatics. Instead of spreading your Russian propaganda help us free Iran, our brothers and sisters chant death to Russia and China not because we hate you, we hate your governments for supporting the Islamists mullahs in Iran.

  • The world has ignored the large scale brutal human rights violations in Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Russia, N.Korea, Cuba, etc on daily bases for the past several decades and now trying to divert attention to small incidents such as Quantamenao or other non-sense that has nothing to do with the US government policies or US laws, but has to do with certain individual US military service members.

    This is BS

  • @elite1980s. And the rest are better!?! They are all self-serving. Grow up.

  • The EU, NATO, UN, The IMF bank etc.. all working for the same team. Need human right abuse cases investigating? You got more chance walking to the moon, you won't get that here, just a thought.

  • @landlogger read my previous comments. And also they are "a few terrorist" because we MAKE THEM keep their heads down and their wannabes are scared to do anything. But there are several countries that support them - Iran, Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, Palestine, Afghanistan etc.

  • But Bush approved water boarding only because he thought it was riding the surf laying on a small surf board!

  • @JerryG1815 I've been water boarded in Iran and it's not as bad as when they torched my body, it's more of psychological torture than physical. But what the Russians are doing, their ex-KGB officers are training the IRGC officers with new torture methods. China and Russia are also providing the Iranian regime with web monitoring, filtering and satellite jamming that cause 1000s of cancer cases every year and even birth defects. Russia & China are aiding the terrorist Islamists in Iran.

  • @newworldordernyus Iran and other countries you claimed has 'worse' torture cases are not violating the jurisdictional laws, they torture their own citizens not people of other countries. Not saying that the Iranian laws is fair it is as bad. However, the U.S government and its people should at least acknowledge that what they are doing in Afghanistan, Iraq and now Pakistan is not right and their actions are justified based on discriminatory policies.

  • And that's right " Don't tread on me".

  • If you don't consider blowing up two huge buildings in New York an act of war you're an idiot. And if you don't like America go live in Iran and see what happens to you when you open you mouth.

  • than fight them here. Don't mess with us. We won't tolerate an attack like the Twin Towers. You will pay dearly. And yes we do try to help other vulnerable countries by taking out despots and outlaws. If you are one of them or their sympathizers whine all you want.

  • If you are poor there are many government programs to help you monetarily but the government can't make lazy shiftless people get of their ass or out of gangs to help themselves. The man on the street is disgusted by some of our countries actions but once again if the the people don't act they get what they deserve - a corrupt government like Bush. Yes I think waterboarding is torture and have said so. As far as Iraq and Afganistan goes I'd rather fight terrorist in their own country than

  • @whemadre Don't mess with us? Sickening First of all a handful of so called terrorists are no big deal or a danger to North America. Americans get so defensive and border on the edge of violence because they don't have the honesty to see the evil of their leaders and military. History will not look kindly on a nation who so freely invades other countries and slaughters their citizens for their own gain. It is building slowly but many American are seeing the horror US is visiting upon the world

  • We know there are problems in America and there are mechanism in place to punish and/or solve problems.

  • @joskemom the world will b ours lmao Russia will stop you'd

  • @whemadre that is the point..USA is *not* perfect and unlike other countries it never admits it's wring doings or it tries to trivialize them if it does. America is great for some and hell for others it depends on where you live and finance..watch show gangland to understand that.

  • AMERICA IS NOT PERFECT WILL NEVER BE PERFECT BUT WE TRY. WHICH IS MORE THAN YOU CAN SAY FOR THE MOST COUNTRIES ON THIS PLANET. Whine all you like. The whiners are usually the worst offenders.

  • So the Russia today show wants to point out the faults of America.Russia, the same nation who told us 'we will bury you', the same nation that pointed missles from Cuba at us, the same nation that Stalen ruled with an iron fist and black boot on its people, the same nation that would run over Europe if America did not exist. Lets understant that the UN is a weak and whiny powerless entity that is still looking for meaning to justify its existance. Maybe we can move the UN building to Moscow.

  • The un can kiss our ass. This punk Chandra can do the same. This dumbass weak silly girly Obama adminstration was stupid enough to subject itself to the whining of Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, and other US haters. Obama was supposed to bring respect to America--and he is just a running joke. The fact is the world never really respected America unless it needed our help. Obama thought his mere present would make the world like us --how stupid a notion.

  • @GuanYu89 Hey, moron, the only people who have to be lectured about human rights are those that abuse them so hell yea, we will not sit silent when some backyard ass country think it is ok to stone a woman because she slept with some guy. The idea that Cuba, Iran and other rogue nations will like to take shots in this clown commision and whine about the US is laughable. America's enemies critic America, ok fine. We invade nations for fun, if that were true the world would be ours by now.

  • @joskemom ur right. those who abuse ur human rights have to be lectures BY THOSE WITH A CLEAN HUMAN RIGHTS RECORD. america is the least qualified country in the world to be lecturing anyone about human rights, which was exposed by wikileaks. u think those other countries expect to sit silent while hypocrite america is lecturing them?

  • @GuanYu89 When a country has a law that allows women to be stoned to death over a minor infraction, you damn right we will speak out. We denouce if a govt beats its people in the street like Iran did over an election protest. You can want to wait for the 'snow white' country of perfect people to speak out if you like, but remember, evil persist when good men do nothing. As for us an our imperfections, if our soldiers do wrong they face court martial.

  • Convention on Rights of Women, Motherhood, Child. VERY IMPORTANT. key.

  • @CJBombaYe. If there was anyone else they wouldn't even be second.

  • lol, Chandra Buttn*gger

  • @susieq0452. You tellim susieq. Canada best second rate country north of the US. Actually they're afraid to wannabe anything.

  • @whemadre

isn't Canada the ONLY country north of the us?

  • This guy must be kidding himself. He expect Obama government to prosecute waterboarding offender? Obama government is the offender! Does he expect the prosecute themselves???

  • The United States has to be the biggest sanctimonious hypocrite in the world when it comes to Human Rights smh

  • Canuckism must be a TexasWANNABE from the Shithole of the OILberta TAR SANDS. for in Canada that's where you will FIND the WORST of The WORST. It must be the Fumes of the TAR SANDS that has fried thier LASt Brain Cells. OILberta the Evangelical Centre of Canada and has the DUMBEST Bastards in Canada. They oh so want to be TEXAS,but they are like BUSH "ALL HAT NO CATTLE",but LOTS of SMelly TARS SANDS CONservatives. Did you know that in some places in OIL berta you can LIGHT TAP WATER on FIRE.

  • UN=International satan Synagogue control by AshkeNAZI Khazars.

  • I wish people here and abroad would get over thinking America is perfect, should be perfect or ever will be perfect. Get over it!!! We can only do the best we can and were still way above our accusers for whom TORTURE AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE ARE PART OF THEIR CULTURE.

  • I get a real kick out of when that unimaginable cunt Hitlery Clinton dares attack other nations human rights records, when the U.S., MY NATION, has murdered millions of Muslims based on lies, deceit & unquenchable corporate thirst for war profits & natural resources. 5 U.S. Citizens murdered in Mexico in a week, not a peep from the State Department. Our Saudi 'allies' treat women like slaves & cut of the heads of dissenters. The International Terrorist State of Isreal... What a fuckin disgrace
  • Don't worry, the American Establishment will just laugh and shrug it off and go back to slurping spaghetti like the Mafia Bosses that they are. It's the life of zero consequences and accountability that they have worked so hard to achieve and they are now reaping the benefits.

  • do you take that as a given fact or are you still prepared to do something about that ?

  • @bondage2012 pffff US is no where near perfect

  • @2007niko2007 at least US is a democracy, unlike you commies.

  • @bondage2012 You have got to be kidding ! Do you really believe that the United states of America is a democracy? the US is no more a Democracy then Iraq, Iran Afghanistan or Pakistan what the hell you might as well say former Communist Russia was a democracy even modern day China for all it's worth. By the way Mau Mau Obama his a left wing Socialist, witch is in fact a post new century way of saying Communist, so America his now a Socialist Commie state and Russia a Democracy... go figure

  • @bondage2012 you still think Russia is communist? haha and p.s im not russian

  • @2007niko2007 russia is not a communist, but it's system stays the same. putin and medevdev just going to elect each other as presidents and prime ministers until they die.

  • @bondage2012 The Russian people will keep voting for them until they both die because they just might be the best leaders Russia's ever had besides maybe Peter the Great. There are only a few complainers but that's expected.

  • human rights of who terrorists?

  • @username0u812ic

of course terrorists for everyone critisizing the establishment is a terrorist !

  • how many russian cheka nkvd kgb fsb war criminals and mass murderers and gulag interogators still draw a pension in putin's russia! you fucking russian stalinist pig fuckers!...how many russian police extort and rape women?

  • time to start war crimes trials on mass murder in the gulags of the ussr 1920-1991 those murderers rapists and criminals communists still draw a pension and infest retirement homes! the mass rapes of a million east german women 1945-1947...russian stalist pigs!

  • Chandra Bhatnagar - almost as cool as Batman Bin Suparman...

  • Don't worry, watch new American Idol and go to sleep.

    Fuckin americans..

  • @igorvasilevsky

Actually, most Americans don't care about injustice and terror against humanity (unless their own people are killed). It's not that they don't know, they are simply immoral and extremely inhumane.

  • "Uncomfortable Issues", yeah torture!

  • Fuck the UN and the USA. Convention against the discrimination towards women, ahem, all a stupid bitch has to do in the West is merely HINT she was raped and some poor shmuck gets 20 police cruisers at his house. Pieces of shit!

  • Why don't we release some of the russian human rights data?

  • the worst thing about Wiki-leaks is the fact we need them

  • @btigtime2 very true

  • it may seem untrue but I believe physical torture is less damaging than psychological torture.

it may not be the objective just to fight physical torture and not mind about psychological torture.

though psychological torture is difficult to prove and often perpetradet by several people (such as classmates and collegues), it often ends in suicide by which the perpetrators can wash their hands in innocense.

therefore it needs to be a primary goal to fight psychologidal torture.

  • HA! U.S. is head of the U.N. You can't expect them to get themselves a bad review.

  • Death penalty should also be an issue!

Russia has abolished death penalty, the US has not!

  • @AustrianAtheist So what the US loves and supports the death penalty for criminals, murderers and rapist. We have a judicial system and fair trials, so who are you to tell us to abolish the death penalty? Obama joined the Human Rights council, so it's obvious he's no afraid of it.

  • It is a human rights violation. You can put people into prison to protect society, there is no need for killing criminals. It is too much power for the state and btw. also against Christian values.

  • @AustrianAtheist So if someone rapes, murders and kills your mother and sister, they suddenly become the victim of a Human Rights violation if they are sentenced in a court of law to death? Please stop kidding yourself, it's not like we are doing summary executions without a trail with representation. Also, I don't want my tax dollars wasted housing murderers for 20-30 years. As far as Christina values, I can give a damn we have separation of Church and State in America, so suck it.

  • Of course as a victim, I would like to have revenge. But a society should not impose revenge-law, but justice and reasonable punishment. Come on, we don't live in the dark ages anymore. your argument is so primitve, The criteria of punishment can never be the personal lust for revenge, but what is considered to be necessary and right for society. read some Liszt or others, who crushed your arguments 200 years ago...

  • @AustrianAtheist See here is where you are wrong, it's not about revenge, but it's about justice. Revenge is if I took things in my own hands and was some kind of vigilante. I don't advocate street justice. Why should we spend good tax dollars on housing a murder when it can go to education, public transportation, etc, etc. It's our justice system, I can't tell you what to do in Austria. If you choose to keep murderers and rapist it's your law and right.

  • Please, you were saying "when somebody kills your mother", you were asking for my feelings of revenge and bringing that argument. Don't you see how problematic it even is, that the state has the right to lock up people, when they do things - which they themselves find okay but the majority not? It is totalitarian and crazy to give the state the right to kill. Btw. death penalty is more expensive than jail, because the court cannot make a mistake and the process takes very long

  • @AustrianAtheist Well you need to check your data my Socialist friend the majority of Americans "support" the death penalty as long as they feel it's applied fairly for the type of crime committed. "Your" state has the right to lock up murders, rapist, etc, etc, but I'd prefer to have them tried and if convicted face the death penalty in America. We have the option of "jury" trials in America also. I'm confident in our judicial system, this is America not Europe.

  • @murk2002 great, the right to be killed "applied fairly", what a joke-just more conjob propaganda the US pulls in the hope that people think it's a "democracy" US has the largest prison system in the world that beats china..that's no accident. The principle of thugs and criminals of america's injustice system is "guilty before proven innocent"-cops, judges, prosecuting attorneys, prison contractors all work for profits to find recruits to their prison hellholes-they especially like to stalk kids

  • @murk2002 the US injustice system is rotten to the core and is an arm of a corporate police state. It stalks and assaults thousands of kids every day and keeps inventing bogus charges and draconian sentences for minor or trumped up offenses. It's also where the CIA and private mercs train on how to practice torture and murder in countries like Afghanistan and Iraq.

  • @PanzerBlitz43 Well it's obvious your a malcontent no matter what government you are discussing. You are totally off base and out of touch with reality, also you don't understand the American justice system. I'd like to know what countries justice system you like? The death penalty is fair if it fits the crime, also it's constitutional, but not every state has the death penalty. I support your right to oppose it but the majority of Americans liberal & conservative support it : )

  • @AustrianAtheist This wimpy logic is laughable. It is not revenge, it is justice. Hey, by the way, do you support abortion?

  • @AustrianAtheist You damn right we have the death penalty. If a person is found gulty for murder, what punishment woud you give him? 3 meals a day, a library, a rec room and a chance to hang out with friends. It is a basic concept, the punishment to take a life is to have your life taken.

  • An "American"president making charges of violations of his own country. What a despicable and yellow-bellied coward.

  • CIA black prison sites, CIA extraordinary rendition, CIA enhanced torture techniques, CIA drone strikes.

  • Lets see how obama bin liein (Nobel peace prieze winner) is going to handle this...

  • @Hillsillverr possibly more honestly than Adolph W Bushler

  • Butt Nogger?

  • Finally!

  • About time.

  • "We hope Obama will transform the commission on civil rights to a civil & human rights commission."

Good luck with that... and maybe butterflies will fly out Obama's ass as he rides the unicorn king across the magic rainbow...

You aren't dealing with Jimmy Carter here- Obama is a thug, & he will do whatever is necessary to preserve his usurped power passed down to him by George W Bush. I wonder if t/ squareheads from Norway are regretting their decision to give Obama a nobel peace prize yet.

  • @ProdigalSonofLiberty You hit the nail on the head, it was given in expectation not on action, therefore the incentive/WILL to adjust ones actions is severely tempered.

We should not relate to anything but that which is.

  • @ProdigalSonofLiberty I think they are going to give the Science Award to Al Gore next.

  • death to america!

  • @Vokio agreed

  • @Legendhalfliferrr Get bombed!

  • @Vokio Get bombed!

  • the us is the un

  • add Israel to the list human rights violators...

  • Goodluck!

  • U.S. is a dying dinosaur.

  • Sounds good, the problem is nobody has to listen to the UN, just ask Isreal.

  • Its all BS, its like isreal looking into its own human right violations. the end result is going to be the same absolutely nothing going to happen.

  • The U.S. is the number one perpetrator of heinous crimes against women (especially Mothers) and their children both at home and abroad.

  • We have a Domestic Human Rights Commission(DOCUMENTATION) IT IS CALLED THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND THE STATE'S CONSTITUTION. GO OVER TO IRAN AND STOP THEM FROM KILLING THAT WOMAN FOR COMMITTING ADULTERY OR THE LITTLE GIRL WHO WAS RETURNED TO HER HOME AFTER FEARING BEING PUT TO DEATH BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT TO LIVE AT HOME THE REST OF HER LIFE JUST BECAUSE SHE WAS CONSIDERED TOO OLD TO MARRY. THINK SHE WAS IN HER LATE 20'S

  • @blaquepatriot First of all, Iran doesn't kill woman for commiting adultery, I think you're talking about Saudi Arabia. By the way do you know what country supports Saudi Arabia and it's dictatorship? AMERICA DOES SO STFU.

Secondly, it's not Iran's problem if a little girl thinks that she's going to die from not living at home. Infact that girl must've been retarded or must've had other motives for saying that she thinks she will die.

  • USA now, Israel NEXT!!

    I'll die a happy man.

  • hahaha USA did what they needed to do. They not gonna help us or talk about the Al-Qadia well then were gonna drone u and ur family Al-Qadia members. Russia did the same shit in Afghan attacking them for oil, killing citizens... So i dont know why russia is talking shit but ok... No ones gonna stop us, everyone is sacred of us. Easy Pzy

  • about damn time

  • about time, should have been done 50 yrs ago in Korea or the second world war when thousand people where arrested in USA, tortured and starved in camps.
