Hmmm....I'm not sure what the problem is. Try deleting the plugin, redownload it, and put it in the folder again and see if that helps.

Open the picture back up with Photoshop, then save it again as a JPG file. If you're not sure how to do that, just open Photoshop, go to file, then open the picture. After it's open, go to file, then save as. On the drop down menu below where you name the file, go down and select JPG. That should do it! If you run into any problems, let me know!

its a case of having to switch off UAC. it seems to work then.I have yet to restart with it switched back on but reports state it seems to be ok after switching it on again.

Yep, just open the file with Photoshop, and save it as an .ico file just like I did in the video. But, if you want the art to be transparent, or be of the exact shape like some icons are, then you would have to use the magic wand tool, or eraser tool. I'll have to make another tutorial explaining that.
