I used a Neti Pot for the first time today, and I loved it. I agree that the nose is the doorway to the brain. I feel like I'm thinking much more clearly now that I am breathing better.
no becuase drowning occurs when your lungs fill up with water but during this process your mouth is kept open and you breathe through your mouth so it is not possible to drown
I'm using this for the first time and my nose is so plugged the water DRIBBLES out my nose instead of pouring.

At first she says 1/2 tsp of salt and near then end she says 1/2 cup of salt. Is it 1/2 tsp???
