That's not really a fair comparison. A qassan rocket might hit a village if you "target it", but the Israelis will target a window from 5 km away and hit it. I don't know whether you would call that response measured, but I would call the tactic injury intensive.
Katyusha and Qassam rockets mainly equal property damage, but suicide bombers, who may now also attack Egypt, kill many Israelis. So, that makes two things working against the Palestinians. unfortunately wars must be fought to the end,or not fought at all. the mistake in this conflict is that decades of mini-wars leave neither side the victor, and the hate grows. When one side is utterly destroyed (HAMAS) then they will accept reality, and a new era can begin. The only alternative is to continue this slow death, or for HAMAS to declare peace and find another kind of victory in rebuilding their country. Until then, they must die.

That's not really a fair comparison. A qassan rocket might hit a village if you "target it", but the Israelis will target a window from 5 km away and hit it. I don't know whether you would call that response measured, but I would call the tactic injury intensive.

Katyusha and Qassam rockets mainly equal property damage, but suicide bombers, who may now also attack Egypt, kill many Israelis. So, that makes two things working against the Palestinians. Every week or so, Israel launches a missile (rockets aren't guided, but missiles are) against terrorists and does unfortunately end up killing some civilians, but had those terrorists not been terrorists, then those civilians would still be alive, so whose fault is it?

US sends around 3 billion to Israel, but that is due to the Jewish lobby. How do you think they afford to give supplies to the Palestinians? I was telling that Israel is not the only country in the Middle East that receive US money, but billions of dollars are going to the countries like Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palis. Most of US money Israel spend for buying arms in US. But they also spend around 30 billion of their money annually to finance IDF. Merkava and apache are Israeli products and Israel spend their money to make them. So, not everythink paid by US.

USA got 911 not because they sponsored Israel, but because they sponsored taliban and other islamic groups back in 1980s to fight soviet comunists which try to occupy Afganistan. After Russia left Afganistan, USA stop sending them money which later came to a big conflict between USA and Talibans. The 911 have a beggining in the early 1990, when WTC were bombed for first time, later USA war ship was blown up. USA bombed Afganistan for that back in 1990 and 911 was an answer for bombardments.

Israel has supplied EVERYTHING to the Palestininians for many years, but they constantly attack Israel with rockets and suicide bombers, which so far the rockets have mainly done property damage, but the suicide bombers have killed many Israelis, thankfully they don't do that as often. Israel told them to stop, they refused, so Israel cut the supply line, I don't think that you would want to supply someone with things, who is always trying to kill you.

I am sitting at home with food, water, warmth. I believe in trying to make the world better and I know nothing of degree of human strife that is going on there...but from what I have seen it seems like the Palestinians have hardly any hope for anything. I have seen some who just want to go pray and people will not let that happen. It seems basic human rights have been denied to palestinians for a long time. Espcially when America is Israel's protector.

Apparently my one comment never came through to you. I do agree with your point of view here. However it seems like Israel has a hell of a lot more benefits than what many do over in the area. People need to quit deviding into "teams" and work together but I simply doubt it will ever happen and we are all hell bent on destroying each other. There has to be a different way for better or worse we should find a way.

Have you also heard that history has been found to be TRUE in almost all aspects that have been examined by archaeologists, like Troy. Also, if you have not learned and seen from both sides, which you said you wanted many perspectives, why are you running your mouth, and you are taking sides by choosing the Palestinians and how bad they seem to have it. No one seems to care about what has been done to Israel in just the past 30 or 40 years and why things are this way. Also, sorry for bluntness.
