  • TO CLARIFY, I MEAN 1-10; 10 BEING EXTREME LIBERAL COMMENTARY/TALKING SHIT ABOUT REPUBLICANS, AND 1 BEING VERY MILD

    YOU WATCH FOX"news" IT'S LIKE A 1-4. YOU WATCH msnbs IT'S LIKE NON-STOP 8-10 cnn: 2-6

  • @EPICELEET What? Are u serious?

  • , NO1 WOULD WATCH, AND nbc WOULDN'T MAKE ANY MORE'

NOW THAT'S VERY INTERESTING. DO THEY TALK LIKE THIS TO HOLD THEIR JOBS? IS IT A MONEY THING? DO THEY GO HOME AND JUST GO 'AHH WHATEVER ONLY DUMB PPL (TRUE) WATCH THIS AND BELIEVE THIS SHIT; I DON'T CARE SO MUCH ABOUT POLITICS'

IF THAT'S TRUE, THAT IS EXTREMEEEELY INTERESTING. LIKE, I KNOW chris matthews IS GENUINELY INTO THIS POLITICAL GOSSIP NONSENSE. I DUNNO ABOUT OTHERS

  • IM SERIOUSLY STARTING TO THINK AT msnbc THERE'S A QUOTA-SYSTEM. IT'S LIKE, ON A SCALE OF 1-10, IF YOU DON'T MAKE AT LEAST A 9 IN A MONTH, YOU GET CALLED INTO SOME nbc EXECUTIVES' OFFICE FOR A LONG CHAT. AND IF U DON'T GET AT LEAST A 9 FOR ANOTHER 2 MONTHS U GET REPLACED

I HEARD ONE VERY INTERESTING INTERPRETATION FROM SOMEONE (BTW HE DOESN'T WATCH THESE POLITICAL SHOWS ONLY LOSERS DO I'LL ADMIT I'M PART-LOSER FOR WATCHING THESE)

HE SAID: 'IF THESE PPL HAD TO REPORT AND COMMENTATE LIKE NORMAL

  • We all know that if you're a right-winger than you're a nut. Reality and truth have a left leaning bias simply from the nature that they're based in fact.

  • Carbon dioxide is not a polluter unless you breath carbon dioxide in which case you will die.

  • @pchtermino1 Carbon Dioxide also concentrates in the atmosphere too keep the infrared heat inside. Learn about science a bit before listening to what non-scientist say. And global warming is not only global warming. Wind, ocean stream rain, the whole climates depends on temperature exchange. If everything gets warmer, the exchange become chaotic. That's why we don't really know what will happen ; because earth is such a complex machine.

  • Science is proven to be right. We have proven that taken from every invention is sourced for inventions. From Atoms which lead to the Atom bomb to harnessing lighting for light bulbs. What have religion invented but wars and persecutions.

  • I was just beginning to think that Ron Paul could make a good POTUS until I saw this video.

  • Somehow Liberals un-equate evolution with humans and this planet. In other words, they think global warming is hurting this planet. If we are a product of evolution then we are also part of the natural world and too our actions. The planet has been here for billions of years and will be fine when we are long gone.

  • @railroadtrash09 ok. so just kill yourself. the rest of us will be fine when you're long gone.

  • @hardinmichael1981 You first...

  • @railroadtrash09 the point is that global warming is not "hurting the planet". global warming warming is hurting our and other species capacity to LIVE on this planet. if you value human life, which it appears you do, then protecting OUR environment [the same environment all species must share on this planet] should be a very high priority. The earth is the only home we have and we are destroying it. And once it can no longer support human life then that's it. We can't find a new one.

  • @hardinmichael1981 I'm glad you have a reality-based view. I actaully agree... Problem is, we have rediculous left and right wing nut jobs with polar views on every single thing out there. Neither one is right 100% of the time. So you can't blame one for not believing the other. I know evolution is true but the planet has been both hotter and colder so I'm not worried about the heat one bit. Remember 99% of species on this planet have already become extinct...

  • @railroadtrash09 True, but we may become the first species to be responsible for our own extinction.

  • Facepalm x 1000

Also, scientists don't "believe" in the Theory of Evolution in the same way as they don't "believe" in Gravitational Theory. If people stopped "believing" in gravity, they don't suddenly begin to float in the air. The way the interviewer posed that question is just wrong.

  • I used to be pretty conservative, but their refusal to accept principles supported by a preponderance of evidence had left a nasty taste in my mouth. If only they could separate governance and public policy from religion.

  • Lol, "Conservapedia" is a fucking JOKE anyway. We're talking about the wiki where fucking NEPHILLIMFREE is a "respected authority" for Christ' sake!

  • Rachel Maddow is pretty cool. Ive never watched her show b4.

  • how can we say there's actually a hole in the ozone layer why cant we say the ozone is thinning over the years of pollution

  • @jasonmarden Can we at least agree that Republicans are idiots?

  • @xGimpyx well there are a lot more idiot republicans then there are idiot liberals.

  • How can you not believe in Global Warming! THERE IS A GIANT HOLE IN THE SKY!!!

  • Hmmm....Mars has ice caps that melt as well, I guess our burning of fossil fuels and Co2 emissions affect Mars too. I agree however, we do need to stop our dependence on oil, coal and many other primitive sources of energy and find something more sustainable and "friendly" to mother nature.

  • Never in the history of Humanity has a country been run by so many lunatics

  • reality has always had a well know liberal Bias.

  • @Fireflygamer Or at least, a progressive one.

  • @Azakhiel true but I was quoting Crobert form his white house press dinner.

  • Superstition is toxic to lucid thought.

Beliefs contain no innate magic force to alter events.

Not believing in evolution = not believing in optics = not believing in gravity = not believing in relativity = not believing in cause & effect.

  • sad im hoping Paul gets the nomination

  • @whyILeftTheGOP Why? Ron Paul doesn't believe in evolution or global warming either! He is also a racist wanting to bring back segregation and a whole bunch of other ludacris ideas!

  • Comment removed

  • 97% of climate scientists know that AGW is real, serious, and happening now.

It is pure insanity to delay action any longer on outlawing coal and gas-powered cars.

Doesn't matter whether somebody IS a scientist in some other field.

Those DOING THE WORK in climate research KNOW AGW is real.

Those DOING THE WORK in paleo-biology KNOW evolution is fact.

  • Another reason I hate Ron Paul... His plan to let states have control of their rights is exactly what the Christian Right want. If they have full control of themselves without consent of the US constitution then the nation will be destroyed. This is why the supremacy clause was made to keep any idiots from attempting to undermine the law.

  • @NUTCASE71733

BRAVO! I hate Ron Paul because he is a dumbass anthropogenic global warming (AGW) denier.

    (as are all Republicans)

  • Whoa! These are really far dangerous times. I fear for the future, retarded by this generation's rhetoric.

  • why i stopped reading the bible after i found out about e=m*c²

    e=m*c² actually works

    and the Bible doesn't

  • The Theory of Relativity?? Seriously?? Holy shit, the Fundies have taken on Biology and now Physics too, without a clue as to what either of them are about; what's next? Astronomy? No, wait, they already attacked that one...Chemistry! Nope, they started in on that too...sounds like it's a now an all out war on science, instead of religion, as the Fundies want us to believe.

  • I'm so sad that the leaders of this great country are mostly stupid and ignorant. They are also greedy, lying money taking corporate puppets. We need an american spring.

  • Rachel must have some inner drive to get up every day and know that she has one of the worst rated shows on tv. You go girl, man, I mean girl, I think!?!?

  • @alwayssmile4u66 Her popularity has nothing to do with the truth of what she is saying

  • @alwayssmile4u66

How about addressing what she said?

  • @jerico641 I didn't realize she I mean he could talk!? Who taught her I mean him to speak? Thats incredible.......

  • @alwayssmile4u66

She did speak; how about addressing what she said?

  • @jerico641 Addressing anyone from msnbc is in itself, a joke! The lowest rated network with the lowest rated shows. Its a tax write-off for Microsoft and GE not to mention a platform for them to spew their leftist agenda. I find it more interesting to watch someone that knows they couldn't get a job any where else, knows their show has bottom barrel ratings and knows their spewing propaganda. Its like viewing animals at the zoo!

  • @alwayssmile4u66

I think you're confusing this with Glenn Beck. At any rate, if all you're going to do is spout out homophobic nonsense and practically unintelligible scrawling about ratings, I don't know where else to go with you. I was trying to get you to respond to her points. Does she have to be a straight male newscaster to have an opinion?

  • @jerico641 ? Not sure what you mean here?

  • @alwayssmile4u66

What's not to know? I was attempting to get your views on what she was reporting, not on MSNBC's ratings or Rachel's sexual orientation or GE's tax write-offs. That's all I was trying to do from the beginning.

  • @jerico641 If you want alwayssmile4u66's views, watch Fox News. The things these people say about Rachel Maddow makes you think they are in the third grade. I'm sure she'd be really offended by the common "Ralph Madcow" remarks if she were also 7 years old.

  • @InKa4484

Yes, well, I was attempting to draw this person out and expose his/her nonsense even further and to see if there was even a hint of a valid point in there somewhere; but it looks as though alwayssmile4u66 isn't having any of it. Not really surprising. I didn't even know about the "Ralph Madcow" garbage; you're certainly right about that. Totally homophobic crap, and I think it also exposes a fear of women in positions of power. Too bad.

  • I like how you ignored my request for proof.

FYI: Insults are the last refuge of the weak.

I'm through arguing with someone who throws insults instead of making an intelligent argument.

  • I don't understand how these super intelligent liberals havn't figured out the truth about C02, all you need is a calculator and half a brain. Oh no wait, I do understand.

  • The level of ignorance needed to deny evolution is staggering and can only be accomplished with the debilitating effect of religion.

  • um, keep in mind the theory of evolution is just that, a theory. Apparently Rachel (whom I agree with on a lot of other topics) has an almost religious type of belief (i.e. faith) that evolution is true. Until it's proven,it's still just as much a theory as creationism.

  • @coderspy, dumbass, "evolution" IS a fact. A "scientific" and OBSERVED FACT.

You are the one that is ignorant. My guess is that you are a Christian.

Until you learn the meaning of the term "scientific theory", I suggest you shut the fuck up.

  • @judoyodan No, I'm not a christian. I just paid attention in science class unlike you. It's called the THEORY of Evolution for a reason. Otherwise it would be called the Laws of Evolution, you know, like the Law of Gravity, the Laws of Thermodynamics, etc...

  • @coderspy, you are a moron. If you had "paid attention" in science class, you would know what a "scientific theory" is. You obviously don't. Look it up, dipshit.

And in your comparison, the theory of evolution is comparable to the gravitational theory or germ theory or electron flow theory. Except that there is more evidence for evolutionary theory than all the rest COMBINED.

Evolution has been observed, idiot. It is proven. Do some 10th grade science research.

  • @judoyodan The fact the you resort to childish name calling says a lot about you.You should consult a dictionary and learn the definition of "theory". In case your incapable here is the definition pulled from the dictionary: a : a hypothesis assumed for the sake of argument or investigation b : an unproved assumption.

And for the record, NO, it has not been observed, your education has failed your miserably.

  • @coderspy, goddamn you are fucking ignorant. The word "theory" has a much different meaning when talking about science. The colloquial meaning is not what we are talking about here. If you weren't half brain dead and dumber than a fence post, you would realize this. If you need help with this stuff, I suggest you ask a tenth grader. In the mean time, try to stay quiet in order to keep your ignorance hidden. Or you could just keep talking and let even more people know what a fool you are.

  • @judoyodan Your language makes you sound like an 8th grader who grew up in a bad home. Even in science a theory and a fact are not the same thing, though in science to be considered a theory there must be some supporting fact. The main premise of Evolution is that one species becomes another through mutation making the new species genetically incompatible with it's own ancestor. This has NOT been observed. There have only been minor changes observed when a species environment is altered.

  • @coderspy, you should have taken my advice and stfu. It's not my job to educate you. But I do enjoy pointing out the utter fucking stupidity of morons like yourself. You are probably beyond help, as a simple search on the net and a junior high reading level would show how idiotic you are. Normally it takes a religion like xtianity to make someone so willfully ignorant. What is your excuse?

  • @judoyodan Once again your childish behavior is astounding. You resort to name calling instead of making an intelligent argument. If you know of any research where scientist have been able to observe a true evolutionary change where one species became a new genetically incompatible species from there ancestors, I will look at it. Unless the research proves that one species can become another through environmental changes, Evolution will still be a unproven theory.

  • @coderspy, why do you continue to demonstrate a lack of understanding for the term "theory" in a scientific context. Even if you don't believe me, you should have had the sense to look it up by now, or do you prefer to look like an idiot?

As far as speciation goes, you should look that up also, moron.

  • The big difference is a theory in science must still be backed by reasonable evidence to be considered a theory, otherwise it's just conjecture. It's still not the same as a fact which is proven through reproducible steps. I stand by what I said about evolution's basic principal not being proven, since there have only been minor changes in fruit flies when they alter their environments, but not to the extent that they are a new species. It's conjecture that they will someday become a new species

  • @coderspy, if you "stand by what you said", then you are a fucking moron. It is amazing how some people just cannot learn. I feel sorry for you.

  • @coderspy a stone falling on the ground is a FACT. the earth rotating in a stable orbit around the sun is a FACT. these and many other FACTS are explained by the gravitational THEORY. thats how a theory works and the same goes for the THEORY of evolution.

besides that, there are indeed examples of speciation but since creationists dont use a scientific vocabulary with fixed definitions, they constantly change the meaning of a word to fit their current needs.

  • When it comes to speciation, there have been no verifiable results, only speculation that two similar species from two different time periods/areas are related due to common physical traits. I'm fine with the theory of evolution, but find it odd that people will throw insults at other belief systems/theories when there is no hard facts (i.e. reproducible experiments) for their own theory. To say evolution is an undeniable fact is a misnomer.

  • @coderspy Umm, ever hear of genetics? it's based on a lot more than physical traits.

  • Most mammals have about 80% of their genes in common, but that doesn't really prove evolution's case.

  • @coderspy certain specific genes in different species are found in EXACTLY the way evolution theory would predict. from examining genes you can derive the tree of life independently from fossil finds.

the only explanation creationists can off you for this: god did it that way

  • I think it's logical to expect creatures with similar features to have similar gene combinations, so I don't really consider that something that proves the theory, rather it doesn't disprove it. A think with theories it's important to keep an open mind and not assume anything until reproducible experimental results are available. I got into this argument due to a smug person claiming everyone who didn't believe in a "fact" like evolution was just some kind of close minded person.

  • @coderspy No, what genetics gives us is a tree, much like we would expect, and with a few surprises as well that very clearly show what the theory of evolution predicts, namely that more recent branches share more genetic information than more distant ones. For example, we share about 35% of our DNA with bacteria, ~75% with fish, 82% with dogs, and ~96% with chimps. It's pretty convincing, at least to anyone who understands science.

  • @vatoencabronado I object to an unproven theory being treated as fact, that's why I entered this argument in the first place (I'm NOT a creationist). Some people have an almost religious type fervor when talking about a theory whose basic tenant hasn't been proven to be true. Evolution is like an old wives tale; It's been around so long that it is assumed to be true (FYI. some old wives tales are actually true, some aren't). Evolution is still based on a LOT of assumptions.

  • @coderspy Just your usage of the words 'theory' and 'fact' suggest you don't understand the scientific method. So... what are these assumptions?

  • I do understand the scientific method, I'm not sure you do. A scientific theory has to be supported by facts, but being supported by facts doesn't make the theory a fact (verifiable through experiments) Example: you walk outside 3 days in a row when it's 100 degrees out and it rains immediately. You theorize that your lower body temperature is the cause since it's a fact that inserting a cold item into a hot humid environment causes precipitation. You still don't have proof it's caused by you.

  • @coderspy Ok, here on youtube, there are a couple of excellent explanations of facts and theories, and where they lie in relationship to each other in terms of the scientific method. Do a search...

In terms of the theory of evolution, I'll just say this: theories are the highest order of scientific explanation and are much more important than facts. The issue in conversations like these is that lay people and scientists use words like 'fact' and 'theory' very differently. I'll leave it at that.

  • Much more important than facts? My point has always been that it is an unproven theory which requires a logical leap to conclude that one species can become another from the small amount of supporting facts like:

    1. minor changes in a species have been observed

    2. similar gene combinations have been observed in different but similar species.

There isn't enough supporting evidence to say evolution is an proven explanation of the origin of the species, which people here have claimed.

  • As a further note when it comes to scientific theory, biologist seem to treat all theories as proven fact more-so than in other science areas like physics where you can have 2 completely different theories trying to explain the same thing. Obviously they both can't be correct. Biologist don't have a competing scientific theory, so they seem to take a slightly have a slightly different definition of what a scientific theory is, and assume it's been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

  • @coderspy You're obviously not at all familiar with the overwhelming evidence, or how the scientific method works. Scientists don't just make stuff up for the fun of it. Just here on YouTube there are plenty of resources for you to answer all your questions.. use the search function. This isn't an evolutionary biology course, you can stop responding now. Thanks!

  • I have yet to see any one go and produce this "overwhelming evidence". I don't think your last argument is even relevant. I didn't accuse anyone of just making stuff up. I'm merely stating that as far as theories go evolution's case is not that strong compared to say gravitational theory. It's been 150 years and no evidence of one species becoming another has been observed, and if it hasn't been observed, it leaves you on unproven ground.

  • @coderspy It has been observed in the fossil record (which is extensive), antibiotic resistance, and with organisms like the nylon bug. Also, you're ignoring the time frame over which these changes take place... hint, it takes more than 150 yrs... The fact that you haven't seen evidence of evolution just means that you haven't been exposed to it. Please go search, it's not my job, or anyone else's to teach you this stuff.

  • @vatoencabronado The fossil record is a bunch of fossils with similar features and a lot of speculation as to how they relate. Speculation is not proof. Fossil's are nothing but an imprint in the stone with no DNA, so the ability to analyse them is limited, as is the case when skulls are dug up that have a different shape that modern man. The scientists will speculate that they are a different species, but cannot be certain without a DNA analysis.

  • @coderspy Oh my goodness... you really must take anthropology and biology 101... please... having a conversation with you on the topic is really not possible until you do... please stop for the time being... thanks!

  • @vatoencabronado You've said nothing to disprove what I said.

  • @coderspy Uh... Yes, yes I did, you just don't realize it... Please go take Anthropology 101 at your nearest university or community college, and an intro to biology. Once you've done that, come back, read these comments, and then join the rest of modern society in agreeing that evolution, like relativity and plate tectonics explains the world around us quite well. You can stop now...

  • I did NOT state that evolution doesn't explain many things in biology. If it didn't, it wouldn't be considered a proper scientific theory, just a hypothesis. I stand by my actual statement that evolution has not been proven Darwin's claim that one species can become another. That doesn't mean it's not true, only unproven.

  • @coderspy I've read your other comments, and you don't understand the difference between theories, facts, laws, etc. You are not familiar with the fossil record. What you have done is parroted creationist lines that perhaps 150 years ago had merit, but today have been very clearly explained. Please, take Anthropology 101 and intro to Biology at your nearest university or college. You'll really enjoy the class, and your questions will be answered.

  • @vatoencabronado I do understand the difference between scientific theory and fact, and I have read about the fossil record in the past and did some recent research to update my knowledge. There is still too much interpretation involved in the analysis of the fossil record to consider it proof of evolution. You did throw me with the anthropology class reference, since my college anthropology class was a social one, and a class called freshman biology provided the physical anthropological info.

  • @vatoencabronado PS: Feel free to post a link if you know any websites/white papers you think make your case.

  • @coderspy

WRONG. Fossils and genetics say otherwise. Try again.

  • @coderspy yes species can become another. its called speciation. it has been observed in the lab dozens of times, as well as in the wild in ring species.

  • @oneadamtwelve86 Ring species don't demonstrate anything except how hybridization can occur between related animals, but doesn't demonstrate one species becoming another. As far as laboratory experiments, I don't know of any that demonstrate one species becoming another in anything more complex than a bacterium or virus. If you have any web links you would like to share, I would like to see them.

    Thanks.

  • @coderspy you obviously dont know what ring species are. it has nothing to do with hybridization. it is one species branching off into two or more species. its called speciation, something that has been known about and studied for well over 50 years, also something you said doesnt exist.

and as far as the lab experiments yes it has been performed on animals such as flies, mosquitos, beetles, worms.

  • @oneadamtwelve86 Yes, I do, I suggest you re-read about them. They theorize that ring species are evolutionary branches of a single species, but the ring part has to do with how certain ones are compatible with some of their neighbors but not all (forming a ring that shows the compatibility between each group). Hybrids can be created by cross breeding in the ring that leads to new species. It still doesn't prove evolution, in that environmental changes produce a new species.

  • @coderspy the new species is created when one branch has evolved enough independently from another to make them incompatible. which was your definition of the theory to somebody else. that is what ring species are. the hybrids you can make in the ring usually wont help create a new species, all that would do is combine the gene pools again and help prevent them from drifting apart.

question. is there any evidence that would support evolution to you?

  • @coderspy in many cases you cannot observe everything a scientific theory says. for example, nobody has observed the big bang directly, but all the evidence (CMBR, redshift) is pointing towards it.

imagine a murder: nobody has directly observed the offender killing the victim, but since the police finds dna evidence, a weapon with the suspects finger prints and many other hints, they conclude that a certain person is the murderer. of course somebody could argue that the evidence was ...

  • @coderspy ... arranged like this or that vicious aliens placed the evidence there, but there is no good reason to believe in such a unlikely assumption.

the evolution theory is backed up with so much evidence from so many different, independent scientific fields, that somebody denying it is either uninformed or deceiving oneself.

  • if she really was a true american she would not put her opinion into the news and follow the constitutions words and let people believe what they want and not belittle people for their beliefs.

  • @MultiMaryland12 The constitutions words which give everybody the freedom to voice their opinion? That constitution? Are you trying to be ironic?

  • @TheDrpretorious I'm not saying she does not have the right to speak, she certainly can say whatever she likes. All I was getting at is that America is supposed to be tolerant of everyones beliefs, not make fun of them. She can say whatever she wants, I just don't think in this case its appropiate.

  • Einstein, Schrodinger, Planck, Feynman, Pauli, Newton, Copernicus, Archimedes - all evil liberals!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @squamish4244 You know ...I am pretty certain Rachel Maddow couldn't explain the theory of relativity herself. I'd love to see her explain E=mc^2 and actually tell me what that "c" stands for. Contrary to what is taught to dumbass art majors like her, it's not accurate to say that it stands for "speed of light".

I know these art and policy majors...they are the ones with pea sized brains who line up outside my office for help with Calculus-I and think basic math is a medieval style torture.

  • @Mrparrot73 Actually my point was that scientists are often demonized as having a secret "liberal agenda" with regards to global warming, evolution, etc. For example Conservapedia saying the Theory of Relativity has a "liberal bias."

  • GREATEST AMERICAN HOAX = GOP pretending to be a REAL political party...

    (☞゚ ヮ゚)☞

  • Comment removed

  • Of course some Republicans don't believe in evolution, they never got past the knuckle-dragging, "ooo, fire" stage of their own.

  • I visited Conservapedia for shits and giggles.

After visiting it, my computer's memory slowly diminished and it's processing power gradually declined until it degenerated back into a common calculator... not even a scientific or graphing one.

I had to get a new one.

Thanks Conservapedia, you've even made my computer feel stupid.

    :D

  • These Republican morons that don't accept the fact of evolution belong no where near the seat of Government, they belong in psychiatric hospitals.

  • We are the descendents of primates. We are still primates. Our children for many many generations will still be primates.

  • @smartass933 My gawds you cannot spell worth a damn

  • To lift a line from Braveheart: The trouble with America is that it's full of AMERICANS! It's a wonder to think how much better off the world would be if you just went away and made room for hard-working, educated people that have moved beyond proto-philosophy...

  • What about the scientists who say that Global Warming is total bull-shit? Rachel?

There are also scientists that aren't sold on evolution . Rachel doesn't mention them either. For every scientist who believe in a "Theory" there is a scientist who doesn't believe. That's why it's called a theory and not the fact of evolution. It can't be proven to be 100% correct. I believe in some evolution . Not a piece of slime evolving into all living things. That crap can never be proven.

  • @crobarus idiot

  • @crobarus Actually those "scientists" as you call it are a bunch of weatherman who have no scientific degree in climate science. No scientists think global warming is bullshit, there are however more skeptical scientists who wants more conclusive evidence.

Actually a scientific theory is not a regular theory. Even if a scientific theory is only 60% correct, it doesn't mean the Bible is correct. Each claim need to be responsible for finding their own proof, not trying to undermine others.

  • @crobarus There are a few out them out of millions of millions and those few are entirely deny it because of religious beliefs. Evolution is a fact. It is proven everyday countless thousands of times a day worldwide. There has never been anything that has contradicts evolution in 150 years. Whether or not you want to be knowledgeable of biology or choose to believe anything the bible says over scientific facts.

  • @splicedenergy Thanks for an intelligent response. All I'm saying is Evolution and Science can't explain everything. Like , How life began? Of course evolution is real. But there are many things that can't be explained or proven by Science. And for Maddow to call everyone who doesn't agree with her stupid is ridiculous.

And Global warming is a scam. Read about the emails that were leaked last winter. I'm sure Maddow doesn't believe life begins at conception either. Talk about denial.

  • @crobarus Evolution is not abiogenesis. Which is the first single celled organism. There is a to think about in that respect. All chemicals, atoms and energy is the same exact stuff that the whole cosmos is made out of. There has been progress with putting the proposed ingredients that is thought to have spawned that organism in the lab. But this process began over a couple billion years. To consider it impossible to occur naturally is non sensible really. Monotheism was introduced 2gs ago.

  • @crobarus I know a good deal about climate change. You have to realize that we did for a fact put a massive hole in the ozone layer. Which is fundamental to Earth's natural atmosphere. Yes, I know about the leaked emails. I encourage you to research further and not dismiss this on account of that. You have to know what those emails also contained. There is only 1 country that alot of people denies this phenomenon and that is our country. People cannot learn the evidence and phenomenon.

  • @crobarus Those emails are a scam. Read them in full and in context and do enough reading to know what they're talking about. There is absolutely no dishonesty whatsoever on the part of the authors. Also keep in mind that even if those 3 or so emails (which were culled from tens of thousands) indicate some wrongdoing by a scientist or even several scientists, it doesn't mean that the entire field of climatology is corrupt.

  • If there was ever a zombie outbreak they'd all die from starvation due to the lack of brains.

Damn how can anybody be so friggin STUPID!?

I blame the media blamers. :p

  • Is the science really in on evolution> How do we know God doesn't live in the clouds?

  • @darkmagus64 'cause an aircraft would have hit him by now.

  • @darkmagus64 ,he lives in the clouds,...actually he makes rain.

  • We aren't descended from Primates. We ARE Primates.

  • @MichaelnChristine You sure about that? I don't remember the definition of primate. I do know we are hominids (tailless, bipedal apes with increased intelligence).

  • @BuddhaBebop You just said we were Apes, so if you are sure so am I! LOL noun /ˈprīˌmāt/

    primates, plural

A mammal of an order that includes the lemurs, bush babies, tarsiers, marmosets, monkeys, apes, and humans. They are distinguished by having hands, handlike feet, and forward-facing eyes, and, with the exception of humans, are typically agile tree-dwellers

  • @MichaelnChristine Ok. Cool. Pity we lost our tails and we are not agile tree dwellers anymore. So we are not apes?

  • Einstein dude send people off..They gave you hot fusion instead of cold fusion "japan"

most history people learn is a lie....Co2 is good...it makes plants grow the more in the atmosphere the faster plants grow...the faster clean air is made....Hemp could have helped people stop destroying the rain forest..Most People are stupid to believe the TV and not look into these amazing discoveries ...All animals are or at one time made to eat fruits...READ the bible there is truth to it.

  • @kazukan2kgmail Wrong, there is a limit to photosynthesis regardless how much CO2 are in the air, and at nighttime when photosynthesis stops, the plants take in oxygen to make CO2.

Hemp part I do agree with mostly.

Animals are not "made" to eat fruits, they eat fruits because it is part of the evolutionary process to have a food source and plants are the first life on land. Fruits are not "made" to be eaten, fruits are how some plants reproduce.

Bible is common wisdom disguised as divinity.

  • I'm not going to be taking Physics in high school (next year). I'm taking Environmental Science. :)

Go Rachel. She's so awesome. :D

  • Anyone who thinks man is causing global warming is a socialists earthtard!

  • @hawkermustang I'm a socialist "earthtard" who believes in global warming, and proud of it! Who's with me?!

  • @Lenora1854 A bunch of retards! :)

  • @Lenora1854 A minority of people...sadly. :/

  • Oh sure CO2 is not hazardous. Tell that to submariners and make them take their CO2 scrubber out and lets see what happens.

  • I BELIEVE IN EVOLUTION OF PHYSICAL FORM but i believe that mind is continuous, never ending and that our conscience is what defines our existence, not our body

  • I used to think it was easy and ineffective to deride political opponents as "stupid", but holy shit, the people in this video are fucking stupid!!!

  • Christian are so f@cking stupiy, it's sad!

  • 'primate' LOL! Fucking classic

  • Damn those facts and their liberal bias!

Conservapedia is one of the most obvious and glaring examples that many conservatives truly do live in their own fantasy world.

  • Wow, that bit about the general theory of relativity (quite possibly the most brilliant theory in the history of science) is incredible. Physics is now a liberal plot to turn people away from the bible..... what will they think of next?

  • cant wait for the leaking of Maddow's sex video

  • @ilovesudan That would be hot.

  • ", oh my goodness..!!! this is beyond me now.. hahaha.. what is wrong with this crazy people..? even the E=mc^2 is under attack..? Physics is under attack now..? why is it that these people are attacking every scientific field there is..? and even history..? this is really comically outrageous..!!!

  • Angle the idiot thinks "tenant" is the same as "tenet." One is a person who rents a place to live, and one is a belief. PURE IDIOTS in power bring disaster. Get ready, you right wing clowns.

  • @hempartist420 Those corporation crooks paying taxes? Ha! Ha! Surely you're joking! They keep the huge deposits of more oil far underground, just like DeBeers keeps its dirt-cheap diamonds far into those caves in Africa, baby! It's called an ARTIFICIAL price, bud. "Renewable"? Ya, oil is - if the CROOKORATIONS ever let us dig deeper!

  • They should change the law so that only university educated men like me and Mr. Maddow can vote. Obviously anyone who doesn't mindlessly regurgitate and blindly believe things scientists tell them are too stupid to be involved in democracy. I'm sure Maddow's understanding of climate modelling and quantum physics is just as detailed as any climatologist or physicist out there. Does she really think that sniggering down her long crooked nose at people is going to get them to share her beliefs?

  • @jimberkt Perhaps not. But what about mindlessly regurgitating and blindly believing what the bible says? that's a few thousand years old. Modern society is based on scientific thinking. Or it should be, as that is what has brought us to where we are today. i do find it a bit amusing (and very strange and slightly freaky) myself that people have such a ridiculous stance on science when they are surrounded by it, part of it. but that is only my considered opinion.

  • fucking dyke ass butch lezbo god hating sodomite cunt licking bitch!!!!!!

  • @FinAtic7719 great response. no constructive criticism, because you got none. All you can do is be angry at a person who speaks intelligently about a subject, and you got nothing but swear words for her. You are one of many low iq problems in America, that drags the country into the pits by voting for the Republicans, you brain dead imbecile.

  • @FinAtic7719 clever...

  • WOW I hate to see Ron say that bull shit.

  • Of course "global warming" indeed IS a hoax - at least the "man-made" version of Al Gore and company, that is. Temperature warming across the globe throughout history has always been NATURALLY occurring, having it's ups and downs just like the stock market. For those who doubt that, just check out this winter's RECORD FREEZING WEATHER!

  • @themredweirdoshow no. 2010 has been the warmest year in recorded history. and the trend is that it gets warmer.Yes, locally (in for instance Sweden) we have had very harsh winters. But this has no bearing on the yearly global average. Global warming is a fact. Its here. Its now. And we will have to deal with it.

  • @fmanh WRONG. 2010 was one of the COLDEST winters in recorded history. But that's academic, because as I indicated, it's all being controlled by the government's HARP machines. It's just an obvious scam to steal "green dollars" and "carbon tax" money from us. Know why all those birds and fish have been dying en masse lately? Same reason - HARP weather weapons testing. You're a fool if you believe otherwise.

  • In the war on brains, brains are losing! And that's a BAD thing! Just look at how many people do not believe in Evolution, and think that Global Warming is a hoax. My own father refuses to watch Al Gore's documentary, An Inconvenient Truth because he thinks it is just liberal propaganda.
